I have registered my complaint with IFB customer care on 26.11.2016.My complaint number is [protected].my complaint has not been resolved by the company till date.The machine is under 100% warranty and also the company has promised to supply the spares for at least for ten years, but the company has failed in its promise, shall i sue the company in the consumer court .Piease advice me proceed further
