Sir, I have bought IFB top load washing machine model no. AW6501SB, serial no. 17000215 on last 27.10.2014, from National Electronics, Taliparamba, kannur, Kerala and it is not in working condition since last one month . We maid telephonic complaint 3 weeks back, the local office contacted couple of times, but nobody visited or checked the machine. I feel ashamed of myself, purchasing such a product for this kind of inefficient service. My name is ILYAS and i bought it for my relatives house. Now am in Dubai. But the complaint is registered from the phone [protected] and customer name is Nasariyya. I have bought two other ifb machines before, and i got better service, and that is the reason why i bought ifb again. Now i am forced to stop recommending your product any more. Hope you can resolve my problem asap. Otherwise i have to keep your product as bad example of service to the public. More than 3 weeks is ridiculous time frame to attend the case. Your kannur office technician was lazy last time as well. Under warranty period, service is customer's right and not any one's mercy. Just gave them a clear message.
