[Resolved] IFB Washing Machine — Not addressing my complaint from past 3 weeks | |||||
On Oct 9th 2015 i registered a complaint regarding some leakage problem at the inlet of water where i had my water filter fitted at that point. On Oct 10th 2015 one person named "Shiva" from IFB AMC Hyderabad service attended and mentioned that will replace that filter and asked for bill, the guy who fitted it not yet given any bill when i purchased it for 2500/- and came to know that it required bill or he can help us by searching earlier complaints and get it done. As well "Shiva" mentioned that he will get it done on Oct 12th 2015 and ask us to remind him once in the morning, my wife keep on calling him more than 25 times, but he not lifted or responded and not yet addressed. Then i made a complaint again daily from Oct 12th, 13th, 14th and so on more than 5 times, even the customer care executives passed to higher authorities and mentioned it will get it done. I waited for 10 days, so no improvement on addressing my issue, then i called again on Oct 22nd 2015, then they given super visor number in hyderabad and ask to follow up with him as they are forwarding the case on critically high basis. Then he attended the call and mentioned he will attend on Monday (Oct 26th 2015), and not again addressed again i made a complaint that no show happened and they transferred my call to "Explanation dept" to explain the point to point scenario happened so far, i did the same again no show. Again i made a complaint on Oct 27th 2015 as i not yet got any improvement on my case to resolve the issue. Finally i got a call from one of service executive named "Rahim" on Oct 28th 2015 and he mentioned that he will and fix the issue in an half an hour, he called me around 12'o clock. But after calling him couple of times he finally came to fix the issue at around 6PM, even he not yet done completely he replaced on part cost 150/- and planned to replace another part at door (Spring issue) which will cost around 450/-, . Till (Oct 29th 2015) around 1PM i am writing the mail now, not yet resolved even i called him at 9PM yesterday (Oct 28th 2015) to fix as early as possible. Again i called to the same number for hyderabad which i thought to fix the problem and explained the same they promised me to fix as early as possible, but waiting eagerly for the fix and make the washing machine to run. As the service executives are saying for small parts there is no requirement of bill even we are asking them forcibly, but the AMC people are saying it is mandatory. How can you are not pointing out these issues even they are selling original IFB products without bill while servicing, or they are managing with duplicate products, i don't know?
