We are facing issue with the washing machine since 19/May

The machine is out of order for almost 3 weeks now.
The major trouble started after (attempted) repair of 31st May issue
The junior engineers visiting our site is struggling with the diagnosis, part procurement, replacing parts, trouble shooting.
Despite it's being three weeks, we are not seeing any attention from the service centre
Each day we need to follow up with them. Each day we need to follow up with engineers. And, at the end, we are at the receiving end of not-so-professional behaviour of service center and engineers
Their excuses are - 'there are too many complaints', 'the engineers have already left for other customers', 'too much work load', 'senior engineers have gone to village', etc
I am wondering if IFB is not able to handle the number of washing machines they are selling, why don't they stop selling them further before having required infrastructure in place to handle service call and honour AMC.
Last year also, we have similar nightmare for almost a month where we were without the availability of washing machine.
If I have not reached to the right people, kindly help me with the contact detail of the concern authority.
