[Resolved] IFB — Washing Machine not working properly and nobody came yet | |||
I am Manish Mishra from Bhopal I have purchased an IFB washing machine model-'Senorita VX 6KG 800RPM' on 12/08/2012 from lotus supermarket Bhopal.My customer id is 3511402.my machine is not working properly and I have complaint twice having complaint no[protected] &13248423.First time a guy came and he has done nothing and taken Rs340 also as service charge and not given any receipt and my machine is in warranty.And now second time i have complaint and no one came yet.I have called more than 5 times each time they say sir within 24 hours we will send any technician and now i am fed up of all this "NOW I WANT ANY STRICT ACTION FROM YOUR SIDE AND I WILL WAIT FOR 2 DAYS AND IF NOTHING HAPPENED IN 2 DAYS I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST IFB BECAUSE I HAVE WAISTED A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY ON MY MACHINE" Was this information helpful? | |||
