[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Poor servicing and ridiculous and misbehaviour with customer

Hi, I bought new washing machine from IFB Industries on Dec 29th 2014.It has 4 years warranty and 10y years free service. Product Details: IFB senorita aqua vx 6.5 KG Buying date: 29/12/2014 Problem Starting date: 20th october 2015 Unfortunately motor has failed in the month of october. Then on wards i have raised 3 complaints for same issue. 1st Complaint: For the 1st complaint([protected]) on November 12th 2015.Technician has visited and took away my motor. 2 days later i got a message saying that my complaint has been resolved. I wondered about the message and called customer care. 2nd Complaint: Then i was asked to log another complaint([protected]) on November 20th 2015. Another technician visited my place this time and fixed wrong motor. As soon as the power is turned on, Big spark has come inside with big bombing sound. Then technician realized that, wrong motor is fixed. He said that, he will bring correct motor again and went back.After few days Again i got a message saying that my complaint has been resolved.I wondered about the message again and called customer care. 3rd Complaint: Then i was asked to log another complaint([protected]) on dec 3rd.This time another technician has come and fixed the wrong motor again. As soon as power is on, he realized that circuit board has failed as a result in fixing the wrong motor previously. He went back again saying that he will visit my place some other day. He didn't turn around on promised date(26th Dec 2015) My problem is not resolved even after I have escalated to IFB area supervisor(nadhesh) and IFB karnataka manager(Santhosh) many times. because i have escalated, service center person(Senthil) had scolded me very badly infront of area supervisor(Nadhesh) as below "You are just customer, you dont have any right to speak. You have to wait until we resolve the issue". Since it is daily usage item, my wife went through lot of pain by washing clothes by hand. She fought with me multiple times on this issue. Due to this, my personal life disturbed in many ways 1. My wife is not ready to listen any excuse and insisting to buy new washing machine. 2.Every time i had to call customer care, service center person, Area supervisor. During this process, i had spent alot on my mobile bill and my valuable time is wasted. 3.I went through lot of pain and frustration during process of calling people and asking to fix the problem. Important points about this complaint: 1.service center people tried fixing wrong motor and damaged other parts which are in working condition. 2.Instead they replace with new motor, they tried fixing second hand motor(manufacturing date is 12/12/12). when i asked, they said it is a new motor. 3.When ever i called service center people, they are very ridiculous in answering. Kindly help in this regards.
