[Resolved] IFB — washing machine repair and customer care issue

I have lodged the complaint regarding washing machine (executive plus) repair on 31st may 2014 and the token number was 13056497.since that time IFB representatives attended the problem but repair was unsolved, it shows incapability of IFB representatives.hence once again i am appealing IFB to solve the above mentioned token number i.e 13056497 issue.

IFB is the worst washing machine company. They should be heavily penalized for doing this to the customers. If so many people are facing problems with them then there is definitely some serious problem with them.
