Dear Admin, I have a problem with my washing machine from more than a month. I have registered a complaint with customer care (Complaint No[protected] before that some techinician visited my home upon complaint about washing machine not working. A technician collected 2776 Rs to change spare parts 13th of May, but he didn't bring spare parts and not repaired washing machine. same feedback was made as a complaint with IFB customer care but they are not responding or providing any resolution for my washing machine repair.
