My washing machine is under repair for the last 12 days, the machine is under warranty The compliant was registered on 13th of August ( No.[protected] and it is more than 10 days, it has been not been rectified.I am calling customer care regularly and call center just forwards the complaints to service centers and no action is being taken by IFB. I am user of IFB products for the last 25 years and now I feel I must switch over to other companies products. The service has gone vary bad over the years.
