[Resolved]  IFB — Washing machine Senetor

Dear Sir, Reference to my complaint no.13947462 lodged on 05.10.2014 & my customer ID no-2672308 about leakage of water inside the washing Senator6KG machine & machine will stop when it comes to additives.Custo*PHP Spellcheck Trial* care persons informed that they will send the service engineer with in next2 working day.Till today company has not taken up the complaint. I have called up twice to customer centre & there was no use, I am hearing repeated above sentence from them. This is the way IFB company should handle the customer complaint? And also my washing machine still under warranty period. Thanks, Krishna
