[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Start button and motor is generating sound

Start button is not working .the motor is not running and is producing sound like fire flamming. We have booked a complaint on Nov 1st and 2nd complaint on 9th of November, 3rd complaint on 18th, but no technician has not attended even one complaint. Harsha and hari both are not responding to our calls, then we have called Haritha of Vijayawada, and Cuddapah region also.but both are disconnecting the phone while explaining our complaint. Then balivender of complaint session, told to send the technician on Monday ie 30 of Nov, but he failed to do so and we r suffering a lot with this problem. I have already taken an yearly contract of approximately 4000, on this machine. What is the response to the yearly contracted customer. We have all the evidences regarding the complaints and contract.we have already placed a mail on 29th of Nov. I will complaint to the customer court.
