My washing machine 11 months old started showing some error in the display "P03". Due to this the knob settings are affected. I called the customer care about this problem on 14th Dec (Ticket no: [protected]). A service technician came the next day and inspected the problem. He said the chip unit has to be replaced and mentioned that this is covered under warranty. He told that spare order has been placed and will receive the same in a day or two.
The technician has not contacted after this for over a week . I followed up with the customer support team and was assured that the problem would be looked into immediately. But no one turned up or even contacted me regarding the issue from IFB.
I had to follow up again on 26th Dec, regarding this and was given the same answer, "we are forwarding this to the concerned team. Your issue will be looked into ASAP".
Still no one contacted.This has become a daily habit and am tired of getting this pure ignorant treatment from the company. I'm posting it here, expecting some response from IFB.
This was not the service commitment I expected from IFB when I decided to buy the machine. Was this information helpful? |
