[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Urgent complaint: ifb washing machine - pathetic poor service and non response.

Dear all responsible concerned, Greetings! Myself a leo arokia dass (Mobile no: [protected]) working in a private reputed concern in coimbatore as an assistant manager for sales & service, mainly your ifb washing machine customer (Customer id no: 3101382) purchased ifb elite dx 5.5kg in bharat electronics & appliances vide their invoice no: cb/1011/cbe/16262 dt.03/11/2010. I profoundly frustrated and diffusing my complaint towards the poor response, pathetic service and recklessness from s. M agencies, coimbatore. Due to a heavy noise, vibration as well as a rotation of 45 degree of my washing machine during a wash i approached s. M agency and they represented mr vijay and he with a continual walk insisted for amc and i paid too. Post payment no one have bother about my complaints, i registered a complaint many times to customer care as well as to s. M. Agencies and received a complaint number. As no response from their end (Frankly to say 0% response) i reported the same to the coimbatore divisional manager mr. Nandha kumar, nearly 4 times and he connected me to s. M. Agencies all the times through teleconference and nothing has happened (Not even 0.1%), he too failed to follow up with the customer. Herewith kindly find the history of my regretful follow ups with s. M. Agencies and coimbatore divisional head mr. Nandhakumar : 1.. I registered acomplaint to your dealer on 25/03/15 and mr. Vijay of m/s. Sm agencies visited and insisted for an amc for a period of 2 years. 2.. Due to various issues in the machine, i accepted to go for an amc for 2 years and paid the amount of 4905.00 (Amc invoice no: 52535 dt. 30/03/2015) 3. Post payment, nobody attend the calls still now. I continuously dialed to mr. Vijay and mr. Shanmugam, md of m/s. Sm agencies, but its dropping a waste in the dustbin. 4. On 10/06/15, i called ifb customer care, and registered a complaint (Ref. No: [protected]), assured that the call will be attended within 24 hrs. 5. No response for my complaint, again on 11/06/15 when i dialed to customer care they told me to contact the service agency and provide me the contact no. [protected]. 6. Once i called service agency (S. M.) no response from their end, again i dialed to the help line on 30/06/15 and verifying the reports, they (Customer care) told that the call was closed, i was shocked hearing this. How come they closed the issue without cross verify with the customer? 7. I registered the complaint again on 30/06/15 (Ref: [protected]) also for further follow up they gave the mobile no., of mr. Nandakumar, coimbatore divisional manager. (Mob: [protected]) 8. As a crm concern, i got very bad experience with mr. Nandakumar. 9. Nearly 4 days i spoke to mr. Nanda (30/06/15, 01/07/15, 02/07/15 &03/07/15), i got a very bitter experience with him every day. Whenever i called him he connected me with s. M. Agency through teleconference and without listening to me he started a scamming shout with the representative of s. M agency during all the 4 days. Still now he have not find out the solution for the problem. 10. As a divisional head, he has to keep track of customer complaints and closing reports after cross check with the customer. 11. I nourished up with this kind of ifb service and stopped contacting mr. Nandhakumar after 03/07/15 and he too forget about the customer complaints and rightly to say he stands in the peak of irresponsibility. 12. I contact coustomer care on 06/07/15 and they again insist me to report to mr. Nandakumar. Sorry to say i cannot register complaint about mr nanda to mr. Nandha, finally i don’t want to again start this loop ……. I feel that both of them (S. M agencies and mr. Nandhakumar) stands / won equally first on the irresponsible track and they are not loyal to their profession. If this regard, how will i expect a reasonable service from your end in future. I am struggling to get the service for the past 3 months. With a heavy hearted hindrance, i am not interested to use any of the ifb product or to recommend the product to any of my known person in further, Please take back your machine and give me the best compensation for the same. Also cancel the amc contract and refund the paid amount of rs. 4905.00 I hope that you understand my situation and expecting positive reply from your end. Thanks and regards, A.
