[Resolved] IFB Washing Machines — Worst worst service ...Our complaint is pending for 5 months

We started giving complaing in the month of June 15 for water leakage and the sent one Service Engineer who doesnt know any thing and he broken one part, for replacing it they took 45 days time but the main problem of water leak is still pending...Inspite of giving compalaints every 10 days and when we call Customer care about the status after a week they simply say that the complaint has been closed by service and they take new complaint. the same is repeating for last 5 months..Customer care people simply says that what we can do if the service people close the complaint. They have no system to address the Customer Grievances. Its a 3rd rated company... Please suggest me if I can go to Consumer Court???

My machine is not running from 20th sep when i raised my first complaint # 16467108.some technician come after 20 days who does not know anything about washing machine and informed my wife that there is no problem with the machine and left.
Second time when i re-registered my complaint 16601350, no one has come but they closed the complaint themselves.
Third time i made a complaint 16681632, so far none has come.
I have spoken several times to your customer care executives and seniors several times and also to Indore office, Anil Gupta, Ranajanna, etc also to your Bhopal office also. But so far nobody is calling and coming and no service completed, totally 35 days the machine is not running.
I have contacted IFB through [protected]@ifbglobal.com also. But no response.
