[Resolved] IFB — washing maching having heavy vibration and noise due to bearing problem.

In My IFB washing machine there is heavy vibration due to bearing damaged and machine is under AMC.. I registered a complaint with the company on 25 th Aug 2014 thro customer care number. and TICKET NO is 13640819 i also got a confirmation mail from ifbglobal that the complaint will be attended with 48 hours. I did not receive any call till 3 th Sep-14 and again i called them. They said within 24 hours the local service personnel will contact and set right things. Till today i have neither received any call from the local service personnel or any reply from ifb. Every time i am facing the same problem. Can this be solved from your end please.
