[Resolved] IFB — Washung machine defective. Not washing and drying. soaking unwashed clothes

I have an Elena washing machine, for which I have AMC. The machine is not drying the clothes at all; washing also incomplete. For the last three months, I have been complaining to customer care and some body or other visits and says that he will bring his senior and it never happens. Latest complaint ticket no is 15496225 lodged on 9th May 2015. One young chap came and said that he does not know how to rectify. He said that he will bring motor, pump, controller and belt and try.He has not comeback again and the service centre head Mr Srivastava in Delhi listens every time, promises and nothing happens ultimately. Is there no Service Manager of IFB to look into and manage the service of machines under AMC warranty? I think this callous attitude of IFB is very appalling. It prompts me to take kit up in consumer court for breach of AMC contract. Pl dont buy IFB washing machines and dont enter into AMC with them. It is a racket and they fit reconditioned parts causing machine to fail again and again V Thyagarajan
