I, Mrs. Arlene Singh, hv an IFB Fully Automatic Washing Machine, which ws purchased on 26th April '13. The model is Eva SX. On 12/07/15, I hd lodged a complaint (No. 15970230 & ID No.[protected] . The drum of d machine does not rotate & hence, is non-functional. Technician came 2 check & I ws told dat d display panel needed 2 b changed. I ws furthur told dat d damaged part wud b replaced. But, to no avail. Each time I phone I've been told dat d technicians on d way... Now its been over 48 hours. IFB boasts of an efficient after-$ales-$vc, But, the dissapointment is pathetic.
