After purchasing an IFB washing machine in July, 2014, I ordered an aqua appliance (water softener) for the machine through online store of IFB. Since the appliance has been delivered, I have been chasing their customer support to send a technician and fix it to the machine. It has been around 10 days and I am still hoping if they would wake up.
The worst part is that their local representatives closed the request/ticket without even contacting me. When I followed up with the customer care, they just opened a new ticket. The second ticket was also closed without any resolution. I spoke to their area manager, chased them for several days, but in vain. The third request is now open and I have lost all hopes that it would ever be addressed.
After having used appliances from other leading brands, I can confirm that IFB has got the worst customer service. Unfortunately, they do not have any escalation channel or any senior contacts available on their website also. Was this information helpful? |

If IFB is not able to install their product at customer location, IFB should take back their product and process the refund.
