Hi,
I have been using the ifb washing machine for the last years.
I have been renewing my amc continuously, i have renewed lastly in 18.08.2017 for 2 years.
I have been facing issues in machine for last 10 days, i have made complaint for service.
Service engineer mr. Annadurai contact no [protected], he says the amc is expired on may 2018, i have said the person who has done amc for me (Aces home appliances). He says the franchise has-been changed and he is not aware.
Is it like everytime a franchise cahnges, we have to renew amc at ifb.
I spoke to customer care at[protected] and she was not able to solve my query.
She connected to person, who is also not able to solve my query. He again gave a contact number (Gnanaprakash - [protected]) who is not picking the call.
Where should i need to complain regarding all this query.
No one is ready to help a customer.
Worst experience from a service industry.
I doubt whether ifb has the record for the customer who has done amc, because no one has the record for my amc. My previous amc expired on august 2017, i have renewed for 2 years, bilut could the same be expired in may 2018 (In 9 months).
Still if don't you trust me, i can provide the statement of my bank account from which i have transferred the money.
For this kind of service when should i prefer ifb and why should i pay for amc.
