My washing machine was working fine until I got a call from IFB asking if I needed service.. I thought its been while now since it was serviced so agreed, BIGGEST MISTAKE.. They came for service, told the machine needed descaling and charged 3080Rs for that and some aquafilter which was suddenly a necessary thing which didn't come with the machine when I bought it... After this the problem started.. A few days later the washing machine suddenly showed an error.. I called the agency that sent the service man first time- Shree Nidhi Services, Bangalore.. Those shameless ppl kept telling we are coming, we are coming for 3 days without actually coming.. Then I registered a complaint with IFB[protected].. They said that usually the response takes time but since my problem is since 3 days, they made it a high priority complaint and game me contact details of another agency- Hari Nidhi Agency, Bangalore.. I called them in morning around 9.30 and told them the problem.. They said they will look into it immediately and the earliest they can send someone is by 1 in with (now that's on high priority basis, I wonder what normal customers have to endure).. Then I call at 1.30 pm again, asking where is their service man, and they don't have a clue abt my complaint... I called IFB again and told them to look into it, all they can do is register another complaint.. Fantastic!! Now I'm stuck with no washing machine for 3 days, was planning on a trip in the coming holidays, looks like I've to be home to wash clothes... My advice to anyone going to buy washing machines, PLZ PLZ AVOID IFB... WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE... Was this information helpful? |
