IGL — document not getting verified
It’s been more than a month and igl has not been able to verify my document for a new connection, i have sent th scanned documents multiple times andy got automated responses that the documents have been received but they blatantly lie that that documents have not been received bp no is [protected], the guys at ththe customer care tell me to courier the hard copy, what is the point of digital india when everything is still manual, it’s a shame that that’s the guys are not even trained properly to answer the questions of the customers.
