I applied for New IGL connection long time ago. My BP no is [protected]. I have been following for the connection from last 5-6 months but no one has visited my home for connection. I call IGL customer care every week from last 3-4 months to register complain and they promise connection will be done in 4-5 days but connection is still pending.
There is no standard process or escalation matrix to file the complain.
