This is SU-191, Pitampura, Delhi 110034.
Two days back, 3 people came to our house to change the orange pipe in kitchen, saying they are from IGL and have been instructed to check the orange pipes and change them if necessary. Hence, we let them change our pipe.
However, we are certain that they were fake. Such people have been doing rounds near our block for a few days. But they don't have valid ID and run when asked for the same.

They left us with a name - SK Yadav, Phone no.: [protected]

I regret to inform you that we have been defrauded and would like to lodge complaint for same.

Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible so no one else faces the same.

    Have been complaining about wrong IGL (BP NO [protected]) gas connection to the customer 4 times since June 2022, and generated a ticket every time we made complaint (we have the tickets record in mail). We were told the BP No is connected to our house, but we have to repeatedly tell them that our house is not connected and requested them to come and see for themselves and provide the pipeline asap.

    Request the concern person to take immediate steps and provide the gas pipeline.

    We received [utilization] bill amount of Rs. 1874.05 to be paid by 29.09.2022. The owner of the house to which our (BP. No) pipeline is connected is stoic silence. I have attached some portion of the bill

      I alongwith my family is residing in B-153 (UG Floor, 1st Floor & 2nd Floor), Ganesh Nagar, Near New Mahavir Nagar, West Delhi-110018 since October-2021 and applied for PNG Connection. Accordingly, PNG Meter was installed on all the above mentioned three floors by IGL in the month of January-2022. BP Nos are : [protected] in the name of Kawaljeet Singh juneja, [protected] in the name of Parminder Singh Juneja and [protected] in the name of Gurdeep Singh Juneja was allotted. However, PNG supply has not been installed by IGL, so far.
      When earlier I represented this issue in CPGRAM vide case no. MPANG/E/2022/02146, I was replied by IGL/Petroleum Ministry in the month of March-2022 that "MDPE laying work is already completed upto house no. B-152. Two house having no. B-153 have only been left, no MDPE is laying for these houses and it was stated that PNG connection to my house will be given by[protected]. Further, when PNG connection to my house was not installed upto June-2022, I again requested in CPGRAM on[protected] vide reference no. MPANG/E/2022/05292. In reference thereto, I was replied by IGL authorities that Service line laying and activation of connection will be done by 31st July 2022. When this was not done by[protected], I Appealed to the Appellant Authority vide reference id. MPANG/E/A/0000696 dated[protected] but I am very sorry to say that neither reply of my appeal has been given to me nor PNG connection has been provided to my house despite elapsed of 10 months. It appears that IGL authorities are harassing us by not providing PNG connection to my house whereas the same has been provided to all my neighbors. So, I once again request to please direct IGL authority to take immediate action to install PNG connection to my house.

        I m M M Mishra, I stay in Kothi no C 181 Sector 52 Noida, I have PNG conection in ground floor, I applied for new connection in my first and second floor also around 15 days back, immediately required documenst and cancelled cheque was collected, but there is no response as to when will they install the connection..Pls help

          I don't receive any hard copy no message nothing via email
          My meter was corrected last month it wasn't in readable condition
          How they sent the bill no idea
          This time it's 4000 plus 2000 from the last unbilled period
          But I believe it's an over-estimation and not based on a true reading

            I have been requesting IGL for a long time to get the gas connection started in my house but I am not getting any hearing.

            Even IGL 's staff didn't corporate at all demanding money for changes in pipe line which was installed wrongly by IGL staff.

                  We had fill a form for pipeline connection and in our surroundings all of them get the connection but not in our house. We have talked with customer care they said it take 60 days time but the reason did not told us . So pls do it fast as soon as possible.

                      I would like to file a grievance against non issue of domestic gas connection. I am literally frustrated now, since I applied for IGL Gas pipeline connection in October 2021 for my house hold domestic use, IGL did feasibility check & passed then they raised payment order and I made full payment of Rs 7000/- upfront.                       12a-101, IGL guy for reading was pressuring to open door (unless will come after 02 months), kid alone refused to open door and requested to come later. Kindly check as at times kids might come under pressure and open door as may be this guy won’t come and will open door, later face some consequences and blame will be why you open door. Requesting Nimbus to take strict action against such ppl who threaten kids behind their parents.

                        I am a non png user, despite of several request to shift igl pipeline fitted in my wall to outside of my house.

                        Renovation work is been delayed because of not attending the requests.

                            I have not been given the connection to my gas stove despite the fact that pipe and meter in my kitchen was installed more than a week ago on 17 August 2022.
                            The customer service is of no help, gives me service request numbers for every phone call and closing the same as resolved and completed very next day without doing any work!
                            The local dealer who accepted the request and payment is pathetic, they are only interested in selling you the connection, and not actually commissioning it.
                            I have no where to go, I am exhausted after so much follow up, pray for me that someone from IGL comes to connect my stove.
                            Almighty save me and IGL.

                              BP No. [protected], I had applied for temporary closure of the gas connection to house no. D-72, Sector 30, Noida some time in late June 2022 (No date is displayed in the complaint on IGL app) I received a call on the 1st of July 2022 to inform me that the IGL staff has arrived at D-72, Sector 30, Noida for disconnection, I reached the site and the meter was taken away by the staff and the connection closed. They were confused whether to close it temporarily or permanently. I was told that I will get a message on the 9th of July 2022 confirming it was "closed without charge" and if I agreed. I agreed. Then on 14th July 2022 I got to know that the staff had come to close the connection from the main line, IGL staff dug up the sewer line and broke the ramp leading to the house from the road but they COULD NOT find the pipe line!? I was assured that the damage will be repaired. Nothing happened and on my dailing [protected] I was told that if the IGL damaged anything then we have to get it repaired IGL will do nothing.

                                My BP No [protected] and my mob no is [protected] . I received june 22 bill of Rs 2791 with last date of payment on or before 9 july 22 . As per their instructions, the bill could be paid by cheque in drop box or by cash in the designated banks on or before due date. I dropped the cheque of the due amount on 29 june22 in the drop box at national Mandela Road. IGL claims that they take out the cheques at 4PM daily. they however did not take out the cheques upto 8 june 2022. When I did not receive the debit advice of the bill payment from my bankupto 8 june 22, I paid the IGLbill by depositing Rs 2791 in cash in IDB bank in vasant kunj branch on 8 june 22 one day before the last date .The amount was credited in the account of IGL on 8 june 22, .Inspite of paying the bill in cash in bank before due date, late payment charges of Rs55 levied in the july 22 bill as late payment fee. When I asked the customer care on this, they told me that I should have paid the bill at least three days prior to the last date as it takes three days to update their record .I pointed out that this is nowhere mentioned in their bill, and I want to speak to their supvr, I was never put through to the supvr inspite of waiting for quite some time till the line was cut off. I should get the refund of Rs 55 or the same be adjusted in the bill of Aug 22 since I paid the bill in time in cash in the bank as per instructions of IGL.

                                IGL is taking too long to redress the complaint . further I paid the PNG bill well before the last date of payment written on the bill in cash. Mine is a legitimate request to adjust the late payment charges of Rs 55 in the next bill
                                IGL is not responding to my complaint. I lodged the complaint in Aug 22 . It is disgusting . IGL should at least respond

                                      I am Mahesh Joshi and My BP No. [protected] and My Igl connection my mother name Tulsi Jyoti and My contact number [protected], [protected] my complaint is every time your time send to me estimate bill why are not send meter reader for reading last time I have complaint in customer care then after complaint visit the reader my home and present time again same problem Meter reader not come in my house and your team generated estimate bill, why every time generated the complaint regarding same problem my complaint number is [protected] so i request you that look into the my complaint and reslove it. If you are send the estimate bill then I would not paid your estimate bill and legal action against Igl. I have all recoding your customer care executive.
