Imagine Marketing Private Limited — can't get my product back from the company

I had order boat stone grenade xl from amazon and after using it for a month, the speaker went dead, had raised a request for getting it repaired or get a replacement.
I had raised a complaint from boat lifestyle site, and had received a ticket and mail from "imagine marketing private limited" for confirmation of the complaint.

Then bluedart team was assigned and took the product to the care center on 24th july.
I had called the customer care number - [protected] to get updates on 2nd of august and i was told that i would be receiving the product on monday (5th august 2019) but i didn't receive it.
I have tried 1000 times to get in contact wiht the customer care but i was unable to get.
Finally i got in contact and i asked about the updates but the girl said that it would dispatched on friday. I again asked her that why didnt i receive any updates on the product. And why is the product with your team for last 10 days and has seen no updates.
Then the girl kept the phone. I had called her again and told her my name, just after it she kept the phone. I am currently unable to contact them in any way.

This is really pathetic service by boat. If these guys cant keep upto there words then why are they even giving warrenty service.

I want my product back.
