[Resolved]  Indane — Complaint against distributor

Dear Sir I have a gas connection with Indane gas agency, M/S The Annapurna, Apcar Garden, Asansol. Cust No: 17280 Name Suhasis Mallick, since last year. Every time when I booked over phone they never provide me booking number nor delivering on time. I had booked a refill cylinder on 8th Jan'14 till now i haven't got delivery. Today when I make a call they answer me that your booking data was 25th Jan'14. Please take a hard step against these types of system created by some distributors.

My consumer no [protected]. Please help not for booking in the phone . Already complaint 10 to 15 time gass distribution m / s. Matigara Indian service but not supported distributor side. I request to you kindly solve the issue.

I am saravanan i am in bangalore, whenever the delivery time of the cylinder the delivery boy is charging more than the receipt, bcx we are in second floor normaly we give tips like twenty rupees (20/-) now theya are demanding nearly 40/- Rupess, and telling if you want to compliant also no problem complaint to manager, they are rude in collecting money.
I am Indane consumer at New Millat Colony Sec.3, Phulwari Sharif, gas agency Sulbh Inden, Phulwari sharif, Patna, consumer no. CX16552274, agency is collecting RS.136/- MORE OVER CASH MEMO PRICE THROUGH VENDER DELIVERING GAS AT HOME. this has support of gass agency. they do not carry machine to measure uantity of gass. EVEN THEY DO NOT DELIVER GASS IN TIME VG. MY CASH MEMO ISSUED ON 9 September 2019 BUT GASS CYLLINDER DELIVERED ON 6 October 2019.MY MOBILE NO. IS [protected] AND EMAIL IS [protected]@gmail.com
