I have sent a courier on 19 march 2020 from kumardhubi so which was supposed to be delivered at mumbai in 4-5 days.

The problem is that the item was received and dipatched at ma ranchi rms tmo on 20/03/2020 around 15:08. Since there has not been any update about the parcel. I am clueless regarding its delivery.

That parcel has to reach within a deadline.

We have made a speed post ref no : ew[protected]in on 16th march from shyambazar mail so. The parcel was accepted and we have got the tracking id as well. The was moved to 'custom hold' on 18th mar and from that day we are not able to get further update.
I have called in post office support number, but they could not provide any support.

Please can you suggest when this can proceed.

I've perfectly addressed the address for the delivery still the remark in my tracking is showing insufficient address. I'm worried cause this package is very important and i should have received it earlier but still is stuck in pos. My tracking id is eg[protected]kr.

I've emailed them too about this matter from my id @[protected]@gmail.com. Please kindly provide me the details about its whereabouts.

They attempted the delivery once without any notice. I have to find out by myself that it's been sent back to mumbai waiting to send back to germany.
I had to call mumbai post to send back to pune. The person in mumbai told me to pick it up by myself at pune post office. So, when i called the call center again, they said i cannot do anything. It will be sent back again to mumbai then to germany. I have to ask the person to send it from germany again.

This is ridiculously unacceptable. Wasting time.

Is there any better way to solve this? To save everyone's time?

I ordered an item off of a website, and have been getting the run around from india post - they've shipped it to the wrong location multiple times to areas with zip/pin codes that are not in the same area. They've even suggested i pickup the mail myself, which is not the service that was paid for. As of today the item shows it's been delivered, but i've received no package, received no phone calls or communication, and none of my neighbors report receiving either.

We have sent a airmail registered post to canada having track number rt[protected]in dated 15.02.2020 from thanjavur hpo. But till today the receiver has not received the post.in tracking it is stated that the airmail post is at chennai airport charting office since 17.02.2020. Kindly please make arrangements to deliver the concerned item immediatly. Thanking you.

No further update is provided, and the current position is unknown. The whole purpose of tracking details fails, if it is not regularly updated.

Dear Sir/Madam, on 12 march 2020 my father-in-law has sent a registered parcel which contain 1 pair of silver payal, 1 silver bowl, 1 silver spoon, 1 0.540gm gold baby ring from Head post office Puri (752001pin code) to Bangluru s.o. post office (560038 pin code). When my wife open the parcel find all item but 0.540 gm of gold baby ring which is absent from the pack. I have got all description from my father-in-law how he had packed it. But...

Even after several complaints made online and via mails no further steps are taken to locate or to deliver my parcel. Even the receiver tried contacting iran post officials but they deny receipt of any such parcel till date. Kindly help me by taking appropriate steps against the indian post authorities to settle my grievience

I have sent woolen jackets, passport, purse and toy in 1 parcel from malaysia to india by speedpost. (Tracking number ee[protected]my). It reached to mumbai on 10/03.2020. Based on the tracking it shows its hold by custom (Retained by border agency/security for u). While sending i have declared the contains of parcel. Can someone help me to resolve this issue.

Final destination is noida in uttar pradesh.

I sent documents on 9th march 2020 still the documents are not delivered in desired location.in tracking last update is of 9th march only and its stuck in hyderabad nsh. It was sent through speed post which should hardly take 4-5 days but its crossed that. I called customer service but there was no positove response from them. Please help me in this case

My debit card was sent through india post speed post on 6/3/20 and when i tracked it, i found it had reached the nearest destination postoffice on 9/3/20 but when i went to the post office on 12/3/20 and again on 13/3/20 the postman could not locate my parcel in his own office and told me to leave. India post is ignorant and is not safe. The postmans are not responsible for anything even if something gets lost. India post had lost my parcel. Worst

As per the status on indiapost.gov.in, my parcel is with consignment no re[protected]cn is lying at customs delhi (Customs receive status) with no remarks since 21st feb 2020!
There is no update whatsoever. Can anyone tell me what to do and whom to contact??
Looks like no one bothers at indian postal dept.
Please share an update as to when can i expect delivery of the item!

I am sorry to draw your attention to the declining trend of our postal services. Many are the ills which of late have afflicted my postal service delayed and irregular delivery and so on. It is also a general complaint that my letter tracking No. EE[protected]IN has been posted on 24th February 2020 by the Indian peed Post, and that is an Affidavit of very urgent which affects my service if delay. Till today i.e 10th March 2020 I did not receive my letter, so if things go wrong on my service I will file an FIR and go for further process as i will be discontinuing my service due to delay of my documents.

I would feel obliged if you can kindly look into the matter and take immediate remedial measures to locate my missing letters.

I had sended some items of total weight 5.4kg on date:-2/3/2020 to my parents through india post from madhapur, hyderabad, telangana to rohru, shimla, hp.

These items are :- one trousers (Nike) (₹1250), one saare (₹2600), one watch (Titan) (₹3195), money bag containing ₹7000, 10-15 biscuits packets, one more eating item, small cloth hanger, a letter written for my parents, etc.

These items, i had purchased for my parents and brother from my first salary.

But, yesterday when my parents opened it, i am also on video call, we see that all the expensive items are stolen from it, and replaced with 3 different clothes, hand wash, earbirds etc. To manage the weight 5.4kg.in parcel we only receive some biscuits, trouser empty packet, empty watch bag with bill, only petikot of saare.
They have stolen trouser, saare, watch, money bag containing cash and even they stole the letter also.

This can only be done the person who knows about the items, and a member of india post, because as they opened the box and replaces all expensive items with different items, and again closed the box as it is can only be done by a member of india post office madhapur because they asked from me about the items when i am posting.

This can not be done by any theif because a theif can simply take the things, he will not going to put different items in place of it to manage the proper weight.

And yesterday when i go same post office, told me "beta next time se dhayan dena, choro ab jo ho gaya", again he said "beta last time bhi aisa hi hua tha ek aadmi ne ₹40000 ka saman bheja or sirf ₹5000 ka pahuncha". Fir bolte h "indian post sirf books or letter bhejne ke liye h aap kyo bheje, jab ki meine unhe bataya tha saman ke baare sab kuchh, unko wapas kar dena chahiye tha".

After this type of incidents no one going to trust a government services like indian post.

The things i have purchased from my first salary for my parents. I feel shame in front of my parents when they opened it.
