No update regarding consignment eu[protected]in after 1 june 2020.
Trying to reach customer care by call and mail but not getting any response yet.

A registered letter booked on 30/04/2020 from sambalpur to kolkata. The letter is not yet reached the beneficiary. The tracking i'd is ro[protected]in. The tracking shows the letter reached kolkata rms mails tmo on 17th may 2020. After that there is no information. Please help to resolve the issue.

Today is more than 13 days of place the parcel but has not been delivered yet.
I have tried many times to contact the customer care number on india post's website ([protected]) but i don't get in touch with them.

In fact i was so hesitant and to complete here is because, my passport in that parcel which is very important to mee.

I don't know where to contact, how to get it. I'm very worried. I hope you will help me.

I neekunj gupta shipped a car refrigerator through india post on 29/05/2020 from rohtak (124001) to bawal (123501) haryana, but the product he received was damaged, makes it of no use to both o[censored]s.
This was very careless behaviour from the side of india post employees.

I request for the refund to the damage of my product costing rs2000
Respectively as this is fault of india post delivery system, the way they handle consumer products is not justified and no one will use it's services again if it continues to happen again.

I live in bangalore and placed an order in march of 2020 from a brand called kenzzi based in new zealand. The product took months to arrive new delhi and it says that it has been dispatched on the 18th of may but it’s june 1st now and i still haven’t received it, there have been no additional updates whatsoever.

I had ordered a laptop from us by paying 1184 usd and also a custom duty of 37k rupees, in total around 1.2 lakhs but when i received the dell alienware laptop it was broken with pieces falling apart my tracking number is ce[protected]us, it’s sad that after paying so much i have received broken parts.

On 16th may apollo greams road chenna sent a consignment of some medicines. Today is 29th and still not received that courier. It's extremely urgent.

A parcel was posted from Chandigarh on 17 May 2020 to Mumbai (Panvel HO).
It has been over a month that I have not received the parcel yet. Screen shot of parcel tracking attached below for your referance.

Dont allow anyone to operate offices or retail shops other than basic neccesities.. As we should salute to our police and doctors from all over the places who are taking lot of risk.. My suggestion was that the govt of india should give them health insurance cover of 50 lacs with minimum premium of rs 10000 annually and if bargained for bulk buy the premium amount can even come upto rs 7000 annually... Frankly spealing if they wouldnt have bern then city wouldnt have bern to be seen today... I once again request not to trouble unnecessary to anyone specially our cops by moving out for a stroll to buy cigarette or liquor.. Actually liquor shops must be allowed to keep cigarettes of all brands so that with wine delivery everyone can get their cigarettes also.. This i am saying just to maintain the lockdown for our nations safety. Please if people dont maintain lockdown others might fall in trouble. Give every society helpline numbers so that if crowd is seen then they will give a call.. Also it is a good decission by the country to take online orders of liquor for which there is zero crowd near wine shops as compared to last time which just opened for 2 days and created havoc. Commom public should only be allowed in the radius of 1km to 2km by checking their ID.. If the range is longvand there is no valid reason then the fine should continue..
We shall try to get rid of the migrant workers so that the virus doesnt spread..
Also play spiritual songs and mantras at least twice a day so that god helps everyone to get rid of this dangerous corona.

I had opened a senior citizen saving scheme in sub po, bhayander branch, palgarh 401105, maharashtra.

The following cheques were deposited through the spo in their dependant sbi at palghar branch - a/c: [protected] :-

(A) hdfc bank crossed cheque no: [protected] dated 06 aug 19 for a sum of rs 5, 00, 000/-.
(B) icici bank crossed cheque no: 949787 dated 06 aug 19 for a sum of rs 10, 00, 000/-

The spo bhayander (Pin 401105) authorities stated that the amount (Rs 1500000) was credited on 28 aug 2019.

However, as per the my bank statements of hdfc and icici, copy attached, the amount was debited on 23 aug 2019. A mismatch of five days resulting in a loss of interest to the tune of 2000/- plus existed.

I took up a case with spo. They said that sbi palgarh - their dependent bank, had confirmed credit date of 28 aug 19, and they can do nothing about it.

Later, i took up the case with superintendent, mr remireddy at po mira road, 401107. However, i was informed by superintendent po, mira road,, that the post office has an account with sbi palgarh branch - a/c: [protected]. And that sbi had intimated that the amount was credited into their account [protected], on 28 aug 2019. Copy of deposit slip of spo attached, and that such variation exists in all other accounts too.

It appears that sbi palgarh, the dependent bank of post offices in palgarh dist, has retained rs 15 lakhs for five days resulting in loss of interest to me to the tune of rs 2000 plus.

You are requested to take up the case with sbi authorities to rectify this financial irregularity, rectify the credit date from 28 aug 2019 to the correct date of 23 aug 2019, which results in a financial loss to me - a postal customers.

I applied for gram dak seva last year. So some people called me and asking for 50000 rupees because of my 10th standard mark is not enough to get a job.
I don't know how they took all of my personal details including phone number and address.

A very important register parcel of mine has arrived in kolkata rms mails tmo and stuck from 16/05/2020.

Ek[protected]in, is stucking at kol ap nsh from 16 may. There is no update after that. I want the percel delivered as soon as possible.

A medicine was dispatched from t nagar. It came to chennai nsh and then to kolkata ap nsh on 16th may. No further news of the medicine. Medicines come under essential items and i expect that the indian post will be more prompt. The consignment number is et[protected]in. From 9 am tomorrow there will be no trace & tracking facility for a day. Kindly help to get the medicine.

It has been more than 8 days since the bag was despatched from jabalpur r. S tmo to diamond harbour ho. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. My express parcel study material.. Is booked on 5/05/2020.. Now i am tracking it for 7 days it shows on raipur ph, from 7/05/2020, then it is not go further for it destination.. It became stopped.. When which day i will get it?

Due to to locked down the process got delayed and inam worried about my parcel because slowly transportations are resuming and still no status of my parcel has been changed.
Kindly help me to find realtime status of my parcel.

The registered letter was sent from mg university kottayam kerala on feb 26th 2020. It reached chennai airport sorting office on 29 feb 2020. However the status is shown as item bagged since then. May i request for an update on the status.
