Address: N S Road, Ward No 4

Two of my registered parcels booked on the same day have not been delivered and the tracking has not been updated even once after booking. A parcel that i sent to one of the addresses one week later have already been delivered. Online complaints have also not sorted out the problem. Tracking ids of the parcels are

CS[protected]IN. And
CS[protected]IN.

    Address: LGBI AIRPORT GUWAHATI

    I had sent an important document by speed post from Sivasagar to Shillong on 11/08/2021. It was received by AIR LGBI AP TMO on the evening of 16/08/2021 and dispatched at an early hour of 17/08/2021. The tracking id is ES[protected]IN. It's a very important document. Please help.

    From AIR LGBI AP TMO the bags are possibly sent to NSH Guwahati in Meghdoot Bhawan at Pan Bazar and the delay is caused here.
    This NSH is possibly the worst in the country, the employees don't do their work properly. Please transfer these people to other regions of the country so that they will learn how to work. This is unthinkable. People are losing faith in the postal department. Please do something so that the public are saved from their harassment.

    Yes exactly. My parcel also says dispatched from Guwahati. It's been 3 days and it still hasn't reached.

    I am going to send an email to Postmaster General Assam today. The incoming speed post letters vanish like aeroplanes vanished in Bermuda triangle once these are dispatched from AIR LGBI AP TMO. These people have no work culture. Shame on them.

      My parcel is in Guwahati NSH and I have still not received it yet. The tracking id is

      I live in the same city and till now there's no update. Such a pathetic service.

        Last 6th August I sent a parcel to Speed Post via Indian Post for Assam. Today is the 20th August but it has not been delivered yet and no location can be traced since 8th August. I still complained. I did not get any response from it... please deliver this tomorrow.. it's a humble request..

          Address: Post Office Motiganj-271301

          My NSC no 1207 and 1208 has been entered in my passbook when submitted at Motiganj post office on 13.02.2021.When post office becomes computerized then it is told by post office employee that this entry is not showing in online account. And he told me to inform the Head post office Gonda for the same.I have given the application to Head post office on 06.05.2020 for the same with all evidences. But till now no any action has been taken and I am not able to get my mony in my account.I have now health issue but due to account mismatch I am not able to draw this money.

          Highly disappointing, no action taken after my several approach
          Avoid post office services because there is high risk of loss and no one will resolve the issue

                  I have a package coming from Guwahati to Mizoram and the item was successfully dispatched and when it reached Air LGBI AP TMO it says item dispatched but it had been like that for nearly a week and nothing had been updated since then. Please help and do something, my consignment number is ES[protected]IN and why is Indian speed post sooo slow and not reliable, I always have this type of issue on Indian speed posts when item stuck at same location and no updates for nearly a week or more than a week. Pls do something to my package

                    I had placed an order from International site and had paid approxmated 80$ inclusive of shipping. The box looks like it has been opened and re-sealed again with transparent tape (on the inner side it has brown cellotape). When I opened the box, it was stuffed with bubble wrap ONLY, and nothing was there. How can india post deliver empty box?!?!

                    The box was first received in Mumbai, then was sent to Kolkata where it cleared customs.

                    This is unbelievable.

                      My parcel with tracking number RX[protected]DE had been dispatched from Guwahati TMO at 02:04:39 on 17-Aug-21. It's been over 50 hours and the parcel has not been received at the Bongaigaon TMO office. I am worried about my package because the distance between the two offices is only 3-4 hours. Kindly update/deliver the item immediately.

                              My two(02) transcripts in two different envelops were mailed by ccs university, meerut from the campus post office on 14-Aug-2021 to ICAS, canada. Now, it is the 05th day and the website is showing the same status. I had called in on the customer care number and spoken to the customer care people, even they are clueless and they said that status will be soon updated. The two consignment No. are CU[protected]IN & CU[protected]IN . i would request you to kindly expedite the delivery and keep us informed by regularly updating the status on the website.
