Savings Bank Acct opened approx. 2 years but haven't received my cheque book. Every time i go to enquire about it, they always say "systems are not working". Even manual updating on passbook are not done. They shout and misbehave with public, including female customers. No work is done at post office (online or offline).

This is pathetic and great inconvenience to public. This post office should be closed forever.

The parcel is not delivered yet and also not showing any updation on tracking after 14th August. when i tried to contact the customer service the number is always busy and some other numbers were not even working. was feeling bad about this service. kindly let me know about my parcel status..

I have made an order through Instagram https://instagram.com/label_vee?utm_medium=copy_link url of the profile I ordered from. I made an order on 28 August 2021 and it is August 16 2021. I am not able to know whether I will receive my product or not neither the seller or India post (from where the parcel was supposed to be delivered) India post is showing that the item is booked for days now. Non of them is acknowledging anything related to product to me.

My Passport is packed from Bengaluru NSH BNPL Centre on 12/08/2021 6.58 PM for the 560027 by Inland Speed Post, Passport Seva Kendra lalbagh.
It was received at R T Nagar H.O on 13/08/2021 07:35:15. I was never contacted by post master.
But I can see that it was Not Delivered stating "Addressee cannot be located" twice. My phone number is added to the PO

I ordered a toy for my son from Russia, last month in July, and it reached India on 16th of July, after that the customs cleared it and sent it to Guwahati airport.

From Guwahati airport my toy never reached to my home, and when I contacted the Guwahati Post office, they said they couldn't trace it because it might have been stolen during customs or in the Guwahati airport.

That item cost me 3000 rupees for my son, please help, how can someone steal a toy for kids. I need a full refund either from KOLKATA customs or India Posts.

I have booked one gift item from USA which is supposed to be delivered to Bhubaneshwar.
The last update which I see is ' item dispatched from Kolkata RMS and next location -- How Ma RMS TMO'.
This is updated on 13 Aug at 2.00 AM IST.

I do expect further updates quickly or atleast within stipulated time, as it is speed post.
Please make its movement asap. It has very crucial role in the recipient's life.
