I had sent 3 rakhis in an envelope through normal post before rakhi (Around 15 aug) from ahmedabad to pune. My brother did not receive it till now. I had also made a complain before this but no action was taken.

I HAD booked a parcel from Assam to pataila. My package ordered from china via hong kong post (Paid shipping with tracking) is shown stuck at dimc office, 110002, since last 1 month.
No one is responding at dimc office. The money i spent to purchase this product as well in the shipping cost is getting wasted. It took the package to travel 4-5 from china to india but how can it take more than a month to be delivered within delhi by india post. This department should be shut down....

EX[protected]IN is the tracking number sent to me from SBI. But on Indiapost website, it's showing that consignment details are not available. The message that I got from bank says that they dispatched it on 3/11/18. But till date I am not getting any information. Unless I know when the delivery is expected, it is difficult to be present.
