There has been no update for my parcel number ca[protected]in since 04.01.2019 from dimapur. The item was despatch from guwahati on 04.01.2019 and thereafter no updates. Kindly update my shipment and process it as soon as possible. The item was booked and shipped from subedari, andhra pradesh on 28.12.2018. It has been 15days and still not reached the destination, domestic parcels should not take this long to process.

Here service of speed was not good or when i was cal to that postman he said first correct your address after i will deliver your parcel. Before post man delivered time to time.
I asked him where is packet he said i don’t know, like that way you talking also not update any information regarding my parcel.

Sir mai satish kumar rajan dhanbad ka niwashi hu... Mera atm card sbi ka sonardih post office me aaya hua hai... Lekin waha jab mai apna atm card lene gaya to... Postman man nhi de rha tha... Bahut bahane bana rha tha... Aur rishwat maang rha tha... Sir mujhe atm nhi hone ke karan bahut dikkat ho rha hai.. Mera sbi atm 31 december ko hi dispatch ho chuka hai... Speed post no is ja[protected]in.

I'm complaint about postman. His name is mr. Bhajan lal he is not deliver my parcel and any kind of others important things at my home and my address is 7/43a teela joshiyaan moti katra agra. Reason is he is demand extra rupees for deliver any kind of post at my home. Please solve my problem immediately.

My consignment no is es[protected]in it was booked from nagaon head post office in 07 jan 2019 and was supposed to reach guwahati pin code 781022 its been 4 days there is no update except diapatched from nagaon. Sir i have very valuable items in my post please track the latest details. I am worried its lost. Kindly help me
Sir the two places are only less than 100kms away. It should not take this us many days to reach the destination. I was assured that my parcel would be delivered within 3 days of booking. But now there are no updates at all since 7jan. I have no idea where my parcel. It was an urgent parcel and now i am stuck having nothing.

I have booked a parcel through India post on 07/12/2018. When I tracked the status of delivery then India post portal show availability in Noida. After waiting a long time, I complaint about this. On 07/01/2019 India post report that they lost my parcel. I attached the details of tracking report. Now I want compensation from India post of my parcel. Please do needful.

I have dropped the letter from Post Office on 14th Dec 2018 and I received the confirmation on 17th Dec 2018, this has been delivered.

for my surprise, I have received a call from ICAI exam Dept, saying the Post has not been delivered.

I have tracked the Post, it says delivered but I have received the call on 7th Jan 2019, saying yet waiting for the Post.

The postman, biswajit das, of tinpakuria b o of india post never does his duty properly. He never delivers important letters /parcels on time. Sometimes he does not even deliver it. There are many sufferers in this area who did not get their life insurance lic papers. People of this area many times complained the post master but no action was taken. Once he delivered my admit card on the day of examination. Now, my sbi atm, consignment no. Eb[protected]in is with him. Even after repeated enquiry he denies of such thing.
I request the consumer forum to take necessary step on this matter.

In most of the post offices having cbs facility, the request for work relating to customer relating to other branch also having cbs facility should happen fast. The staff of branches connected with computer and and having e mail id, should respond to queries of customer if sent through e mail.in case response to e mail sent to post office is not given by the post office staff, then what is the advantage in having e mail id of branch. Therefore...

Documents /letters posted with acknowledgement due card through india post vide registered post/speed post do carry important purpose behind. The track consignment report collected from official website of india post are not a valid proof of delivery as per legal bodies. Under such circumstances receipt of a/d card by the consignor after delivery becomes very vital and if the same is misplaced/not received the whole purpose is fruitless /useless. Such things often happen as experienced by me in recent past since the delivery of the a/d card is processed under ordinary postal delivery. India post officials should give a serious thought over the matter to improve this service of a/d card delivery and if necessary should charge extra to ensure a full proof service. To refer a recent such case is that of court document sent vide speed post with a/d vide receipt no ew[protected]in on 09.10.2018 was delivered on 15.10.2018 as per track consignment record but it's a/d card has not been received yet. Urgent thought is needed for proper service.

My ignou books were dispatched more than a month ago but i haven't received my books yet.. Even it's status has not been updated sfter 14/12/2018.

I've sent 4 parcels around 15kgs each, containing important books from dwarka sector 6 delhi to imphal via registered parcel. I was told by the office people that it'll take around 10 days to be delivered. Hence i decided to go for this instead of speed post. It's been a month already and even on tracking, the details seems to be frozen or not updated. Tracking nos. Are as follows cd[protected]in, cd[protected]in, cd[protected]in, cd[protected]in. I've even registered a complaint online but no response there either. Kindly look into the matter as i urgently need my books.

I (In hyderabad) am supposed to receive a consignment with tracking id: ex[protected]in.
When i tried to track its status using the above id, it is showing that the post is already delivered to some other place (Puthur bo). Could you please let me know if the parcel is really delivered to the wrong place or its just the tracking website that is showing incorrect status?

I sent my parcel through speed post on 2nd Jan, 2019 from Lajpat Nagar, Delhi to Dapodi, Pune. It has yet to reach its destination, even though the India Post website says that Speed Posts take 4-5 days. Nor has the status of the consignment been updated on their website's "Track Consignment" section. They have not even updated the status of my online complaint made on 8th Jan, 2019. I called them on their helpline on the 9th of Jan, yet they could not help me out, stating that the status has not been updated on the webiste, which I was complaining to them about in the first place.

This is complaint about postmaster of our area. I applied a pan card before one month so pan came at my branch post office but postmaster returned my pan and he gave reason of return"there was not available at this home address" while 24 hour all person available at my home. He never come at my home and he did not inform me about this while he has my phone number. It complaint not only for me but all villagers he is a teacher also and postman, he never comes in village or home if anyone knew about his letter then go to post office and collect, he tells to that man about all letter of his villagers then he inform or not to everyone in village.

I order a online parcel so it reached at our branch post office but he did not inform or deliver to home but i tracked my parcel & i went p. O., it was an advance payment with included delivery charges but postmaster take 100 rupees on every letter or parcel for giving and not at home if we go there but still he take charges why?

It is two time his careless for me but he does always for everyone and postmaster never comes at home and never inform us. He do duel duty a teacher and postmaster. Thanks

My artical is not delivered and i am can't find any detail by online tracking after 2/1/19, last detail finding of article dispatched to nsh lucknow 2/1/19, but it's not deleverd to my address. I already makes a complaint. This article is in a medicine that's very important for my mother and this is not finding in my nearby city's. So please kindly send my artical dostpur so.

I have send 3 Passports for Umarh, visa vide speed post no EE[protected]IN, IVR[protected], which reached lony post office ghaziabad, on 04.01.2019 but did not delivered to the dispatched address due which we are in financial loss, we have to depart for Saudi by 10.01.2018 should is not possible due to postal delay so strict action and recovery of fine and loss is requested.

A speed post vide ek[protected]in on 22\12\18 from yehlanka bangalore till 3\1\19 it was held up in ndelhi nsh. After lodging 4 complaints on 7\1\19 it showed to be held up in chd. Nsh from 24\12\18 but not being delivered to addressee m. Supdt. Pgi nehru hospital till date is 7 th january one extremely fails to understand this kind of nuesence from such a postal dept. Please deliver since item contains my medical claim cash memos worth more than 3lacs of rupees.

I have sent a limited edition reasoning book to my friend in julana (Jind) to sonipat in registered parcel. It's been 10 days from the sending date. I checked the status several time but it always show that package is dispatched from rohtak. Please solve the problem as soon possible because that book is of so much importance to my friend.
