Dear sir,

My parcell lying last 85 days in post but post man not delivered us or not inform us regarding my parcell. My parcell no cu[protected]in. Who is responsible for this missing.. Pls take neccessary action of this. Last three month we we are chasing bu postman not delivered. This is totally postman mistake. This is my study document my study three month back of this issue. Pls take necessary action of this issue. Moahan garden new delhi -59 post office not pick phone no person reply.

      Haven't received the delivery, consignment number- RX[protected]DE. It is mentioned as retained by Customs from Jan3rd, request you to please check n expedite the delivery as it has been many weeks now.

        I have ordered a violin for someone’s birthday coming up from chine. And now it’s been stuck in delhi customs for more then 7 days. No feedback from india post. They just say to wait. It’s held by customs, retention reason : other. I don’t know wether i will get my package or not. Please help!?!!

          I have a parcel which is posted through india post on dec 15 th 2018, from greater noida to nagarkurnool (Telangana), from then it traveled to ghaziabad on 16 th dec 2018 and then baged to bangalore but there was no update of my parcel till now... I have a lot of medicalbooks which i really need in that parcel nearly 16 kgs. I have loged a complaint against it but yet it is in the pending state, please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Even after mail and call they are not updating about courier. I need that document on urgently and its very important document for me.

                  I went to memnagar post office at 3-00 pm on[protected] for filling my passbook. Then the memngar employee did not fill out my passbooks.
                  They given the wrong reason that your computer and printing machine is closed. This time your computer and printer was on.

                  That time two employees was in post office. One employee was silent. The second offender employee answered with a flying blow to me. Their attitude was bed. If i want to do a complaint for them, then they was tell me for complaint.

                  You will up check this matters and find out offender employee, take the action with offender employee. Please you clarification my below 5 (Five) points.

                  Points:-

                  (1) the offender employee of memnagar post you will send it my house for filling my passbook.

                  (2) i will my passbook fill with another post office?

                  (3) you can my another post make a new passbook after my passbook is full?

                  (4) what is working time the daily offices of the post office for the public?

                  (5) compensation of rs.2000 for torture physical, mental, economic.

                  Note-i will give to you another points

                  Please look in to the matters and take actions against offender employee.

                    I request you that it is very important document which i have need it very fast because this delay creates many problems in my foreign study. I post my document to the university canada west, canada by speed post from punjab technical university post office on 1st december 2018. L check the status by this tracking number rp[protected]in of this document where it reaches. It shows information till 4 december by showing insert into bag (Otb). After this, there is no any addition in the detail and my document is not reached at final destination. I wait for fully one month but now it becomes big issue for me. So, for it, i request to you please take the action quickly. So that i can continue my study regularly. It is the humble request to you.

                          The kvp /nsc can be purchased from any post office branch and on maturity, the maturity amount can be collected from the post office branch from where purchase was made or from any other branch near the place of residence etc of purchaser. If proceeds are collected from some other branch, 3-4 weeks are consumed for verification from branch where from kvp/nsc were purchased, even though because of cbs branches lesser time should be consumed.br...

                            My passport (Speed post) was dispatched on 28th of december. The tracking details provide that it was received to nsh gurgaon on 30th december.
                            No further update is provided, and the current position is unknown. The whole purpose of tracking details fails, if it is not regularly updated.

                            The delay in delivery of the passport and not updating the details, has caused inconvenience.

                                My package got stuck at MUMBAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE (Custom Hold), and the tracking number for this parcel is "RG[protected]BE". I bought this from www.gearbest.com website, and the international parcels usually will reach in 10-15 days. But i ordered this on November 11th, but it got stuck at Mumbai customs with the reason "Retention Reason : Retained by customs for unspecified reason". Now don't know the parcel state. And me (or) the gearbest.com did not received the package.
                                Kindly trace the parcel & deliver to me asap

                                  My speed post parcel was dispached from chennai nsh on the 27th of december 2018. Today is january 1st 2019 and as of yet no further tracking details have been given on my consignment no. Et[protected]in. Please take quick and prompt action. When i called the customer service they said that the india post server system was down. Please fix the problem immediately and deliver my parcel quickly.

                                      I was expecting a registered post letter. I had given very precise address to the sender. On 20th Dec 18 the letter reached the aundh local post office. So the pin code was correct. After that I kept on tracking it and was hoping that it will be delivered within next 2 - 3 days, which is usual for Registered post.

                                      a week went by and it still showed at post office.

                                      Later on 27 dec it showed out for delivery. I was hoping that at least now it will be received.
                                      The postman did not turn up the whole day and later at 7PM same day it showed status as 'Address insufficient'

                                      This was a big surprise to me as the address and pin code must have been correct, else it can not land at the right postoffice in the first place.

                                      I called the post office, they said it's a technical mistake and it will be delivered.
                                      Now 4 more days have gone and the letter is still not delivered.
                                      It's status now shows redirected??

                                      Looks like it's lost.

                                      I am disappointed to find India post registered letter being lost like this.
                                      I will go to the post office to find out what's the issue, but looks like it's lost and this incident is a reflection of poor accountability on the part of India post
