As per bank information the consignment was out for delivery on 24th of nov-2018 via pod/consignment number-eb[protected]in, but unfortunately still there is not final update on that and not received it as well.

I was booked my business article on 01 december 2018 via ems speed post for which tracking id is eu[protected]in is not dispatched yet to the destination i'm feeling very guilty in front of my customer since then but they are not delivering from a location from previous 5 days.
