I ordered a small 5 inches mobile phone battery on aliexpress.com, it was sent to india but, it's not trackable rh[protected]tr on indian websites and not found at all. I have been eagerly waiting for the order to be delivered. I tried contacting many customs numbers but, i failed to contact.

My parcel. With tracking id ck[protected]in reached musheerabad po (In hyderabad) and is showing as delivered to the recipient. But the recipient has confirmedly not received it. The form for consumer complaints on the india post site does not pick up the recipient po even upon selecting from the list, and it's not possible to submit a complaint that way. The helpline says call the po, and it is very difficult to get a clear response from the musheerabad po via phone. Please help.

My product was received at post office on 06feb2019; however, still i have not received the same. The supplier has informed that the parcel was already received at po. The po is located at bellandur which is near to the address for delivery. But still i have not received any communication from them. I have been calling them multiple times from different numbers on alternate numbers but no one is picking up the call. On the tracking tool it says item "reason : addressee not available at time of delivery measure : item being held, addressee being notified" but its been 3 days no one has ever contacted me so far. Kindly you to kindly take immediate action appropriately..

Sir, as my speed post having consignment number"ed[protected]in" had been redirected to malviya nagar post office. So please stop it send the parcel to my home because i am not available here as well as noone is there to take it.
You can put my speed post in the dustbin because it become waste material for me. So please don't send to my home. I have no objection now and in the future. And my name was written on the speed post is ray g. Please it benefits both o[censored]s because it will save your time as well.
Please don't deliver it to the address written on it. Put the letter in the dustbin. Thank you

Called customer care and informed the issue. They were also not able to track the consignment or help me. Its been long i am waiting for delivery of the consignment. Kindly help.

Shows dispatched to lucknow rms on 02 feb 19 by new delhi foreign post office and no tracking after 09 feb 19. A distance of 500 kms from new delhi to lucknow as not been covered in 7 days.. Complaint filed with indiapost no [protected]. No action on complaint files very poor and pathetic condition. This is happening regularly with indiapost. Nobody seems responsible. Govt - employees afterall

Its been 8 days since complaint. no action taken by postal services. lucknow redirected to delhi. delhi to lucknoe. lucknow to delhi Foreign P.O did not inform as to in which bag or train or flt was the item sent to lucknow. Shameful the way complaint being treated. no help

First time said that you are not available when i talk with the postman he said your society lifts are closed so i did not give the parcel. 2nd time he said i have no address our parcel have the insufficient address so i return your parcel

I have posted a very valuable personal belongings by speed post from patna
On the 2nd of feb, 2019.
The receipt no. Is ef[protected]in.
Unfortunately the parcel has not yet reached its destination (Bangalore) till today.
I've tried tracking from the internet but it is always showing out of delivery.
It is a shame that this kind of things happened such a trustworthy department.
Immediate action is neccessary in order to avoid this kind of mishap in the future.

My order number eqtwl[protected]yq has been cleared customs at kolkata on 28th december, 2018 and sent to guwahati customs for clearing again. It is still there.

I humbly request guwahati customs and india post to release my order by charging it import customs duty as soon as possible.

Updated by Yeldandi Vikas The order tracking number is EQTWL[protected]YQ, it was ordered on AliExpress.com in November, 2018, the seller shipped it via Hong Kong using seller's shipping method, it can be tracked only on 17track.com website. It has been cleared the Kolkata customs on 28th December, 2018 it was sent to Guwahati customs, but still stuck at Guwahati customs.

This is to inform you that i have applied for duplicate license on 19.01.2018 to andheri - rto. As informed by rto personnel they have dispatched my license on 13/02/2018. I have inquired with sr. Sudt. Of post offices, mumbai north dn. Vile parle east, mumbai-400057 and found that they had lost my article in transit. Due to this i requested post to refund rs. 666/- which have paid to rto for duplicate license. But post required noc from rto to give me the refund. I have visited 4/5 times to rto but rto is not ready to give me noc because article is lost by post and therefore they refuse me to give noc and without noc post will not refund me the amount.

It's been more than 10 days since there has been any update in the status of my package. I have called India Post customer care multiple times and have not received any info as to why my package has been detained and also when i will tentatively receive my package.
