I ordered FM transmitter for my car from aliexpress and the product shipped from beijing, china through china post registered air mail. Tracking no. is RM[protected]CN

The product has no more updates since 6th December, where it is not the case happened to me never this long time.

The heavier problem is i even ordered 4 more products from aliexpress before and they don't have domestic tracking information, it's been 3 months i never received those products. Worried if i get those parcels or not.

I camplain about the corrier are receiving to our near post office but the corrier boy is not contacting to us and not delivered to the write place the item is returned 2 times and come back but the corrier boy are not delivering the corrier so i request you to please ragester a complain about this in our area the jagjish corrier boy are not delivering my courier my near post office is in village - badopal, pin 125048

The karur vysya bank sent debit card to me last week with reference no ra[protected]in. Still now i had not received the registered post.in net, i am unable to track the status of the registered post. My postal address is s. Kottairaj, 3/610a, govindan nagar, palavakkam, chennai - 600041. How do i find the status of the registered post?

Do not deliverid by speed post. And returned by parcel we are unable to my home in 3to4 days we are not received any phone call in your employee. We are not able to please one phone call me. And my address given also same on bank.

This is very surprising and unfortunate that after 20 days of receipt of passport nsh gurgaon unable to deliver the parcel to candidate. This is hight of negligence. Sir my name is adarsh am working as navigating officer in shipping department i ordered a vpp from kodakara kerala state my parcel arrived before thursday but anchal post authority don't fwd to my post office they demand my presence in their office with id today morning i went their but the authority in anchal post don't give my vpp they ask me to go edamulackal post office they said it fwd their then i went to edamulackal but they don't get the parcel now i call anchal post office the authorised officer say it is their they not ready to give my parcel because of personal revenge one year before i made a compliment in their book she told me her union is strong and you can go any where she has no palm i attach the image of the receipt
Sir i request you to kindly take an action because that vpp contain an important book for my examination

Shri. Shivpujan pradhan, a postman in varnasi, maidagin office asked for money to deliver the passport at my residence. When i denied to pay any money, he has returned the passport with a reason as unclaimed post. I do not support corruption and i am strictly against it, such behavior is not expected from the office bearer of indian post office. Kindly look into the matter and take suitable action against the culprit.

However due to some circumstances it has not been delivered to my address and the tracking haa not been updated after 14/12/18. The tracking#ek[protected]in is not delivered and item is missing. Even after multiple follow ups and escalating to post regional post master and registering complaint on india post website, no one responded at all.
This is very unacceptable. I would appreciate if anyone response to my email or escalation on the status of the delivery. It was supposed to delivered in 5 days but it it almost more than 10 days now.

Can you please help?

Sir/ Madam,

The State Bank of India sent me a new emv chipped debit card via India Post (speed post no. EB[protected]IN) on 26 November, 2018 to the destination pin code 785681 (Addresse: Junmoni Begum) . The tracking result shows that it has been dispatched from Dibrugarh NSH on 8 December, 2018 at 21:06:25 and no further status updates are available in India Post website.

It is very disappointed that I have not received the speed post even after 26 days passed by. I have contacted the customer care service of NSH Delhi about status updates, they suggested me to register a complaint on their official website since they could not find any updates of the consignment. On the other hand, customer care service of NSH Mumbai didn't reply me.

However, the problem is that, an Addresse cannot file a complaint on India Post website, only a sender can register the complaint. Therefore, I could not find any other option instead of seeking your help to resolve this matter.

I am looking forward for your kind assistance.

I have posted a registered parcels with the below details:

I did not receive the parcel. I raised a complaint # [protected] after a month. The complaint is still under pending status. I tried asking about the parcel at ahmedabad post office. I was told to contact post offices in jameshpur. I tried contacting bistupur, sakchi and sonari post offices. The staff at respective post office is just pushing me to check in other post office and is behaving very rudely.
I tried contacting customer care today and they said they don't have any status as they have data for 90 days.
I still have not got the parcel and unable to get its status. Please help

I had booked a document speed post number ew[protected]in from madhyamgram so on 15.12.2018. After 16.12.2018 there is no updation in tracking record. It's a urgent document which has to reach nit, aizwal within 26.12.2018.

I am worried that the document will reach to the destination within the stipulated time or not.

We are giving lot of business to the postal department and we give monthly volume of consignment comes to approximately 1500 and above as business parcel or speed post respectively.

These types of complaints regularly receiving from the customer, we may force to think about the options like private courier, because if we register complaint in postal department, reply has taken long time to receive. This cause the inconvenience to the customer as well as us to receives the calls.

In this juncture, we are requesting to look into the matter and resolve our problem as soon as possible. Request you to give a strict disciplinary action of your employee who will have neglected the duties and responsibilities while working time.

My courier is showing in varanasi rstmo from last 3-4 days why its is not being despatched to the destination is this service given by you guys. My tracking number is pp[protected]in. Its a urgent document which i have need oon the urgent basis but the hell of service i am getting delayed. Is there no worker to look on it for this govt is paying you..

This consignment number is not delivered to me.
I called post office call center, but as per their record, the consignment is deliver.
Then i called local post office (Raipur head post office).
After may call attempts, my phone was picked and the person told that he will check status of consignment. But no luck.
Nobody is picking up call there now.

I have raised complaint in www.indiapost.gov.in as well.
The complain number is [protected].
I got comment from the raipur head post office saying "consignment is delivered".

But the fact is nobody came to my house for the delivery.
My parents are always there at home, so there is no chance that postman had come and the door was locked.

I request you to look into this issue on highest priority.
I was supposed to get atm card, which is a sensitive stuff.
Also if i request bank to sent atm again, then also there is no guarantee that my atm card will be delivered again.

It contains passport of my . It is getting late. If clients interview for abroad job Kindly help and arrange delivery
