I have send resister from gujarat baroda to south africa on 24/08/2018. Last tracking information was update on 27/08/2018 item baged. Till date nothing updated in tracking information.

I have speak with customer care multiple times but same answer due to system update tracking information will update please wait. Even i have resister complaint but its not properly get response.

    Last status: 8/31/2018 3:07:14 pm india mumbai air transfer from office of exchange (Inb) a bangalore sub fgn po.

    I had tried to raise complaint in indiapost.gov.in site, but the complaint page is not working.
    Tried to reach them via phone, but no luck.

    Kindly let me know when will the product delivered?.

      Having much confidence in the india post, i sent a parcel to near relative in hyderabad on 11/04/2018. But i regret to inform you thst it has not reached the adressee. So, i contacted the local post office. Matters were discussed verbally, first. Then i lodged a written complai in the local post office from where i had sent the parcel.
      Getting no posiitive response, i lodged another complain... Online...in response to which i got a reply... (Photo being attached).
      How can the case be treated as closed without either delivering it to the addressee or returning it to me?
      It was a very emotional gesture of old grandparents sending a gift worth rs 7000/- to their grandson and grand daughter - in - law for the bengali new year. I request you earnestly to pease look into the matter and take necessary action to either deliver the parcel / return it to the sender or compensate.
      Further, the package is niw being shown as delivered but at a wrong address and pincode. May i request you to kindly intervene and provide justice to the grandparents who are in their nineties...
      Looking foward to your quick consideration... And requesting you once again...

        Ear Sir,

        It is requested to solve this issue of PPF account transfer from Adipur to Ambala City. Here is the Chronology of incidents in this transfer of an account and It is still pending.

        Ø In May 2015 I have given request for the transfer of my PPF account from Adipur to Ambala City. The request has been given from post office anaj mandi Ambala City.

        Ø The account transfer has been delayed due to N number of reasons, I have given written reminder applications to Adipur and Bhuj Head-office. Finally I got my passbook from Ambala city head post office. Ambala head office handed over my passbook with remarks that this account cannot be transferred; only we can handover the passbook. I got passbook after around 6 plus month of the request.

        Ø Since then I have done thousands of hundreds of telephone calls but didn’t get any result. Everybody was doing ball passing game with me. Head post office was giving me Audit office no. But no result.

        Ø Finally what I got telephone numbers from all the concerned persons. Today I have all kind of office numbers like division office, Audit office, head office, Adipur post office, Customer care Bhuj.
        As per Adipur post office they have done their work correctly as per their SOP. i.e to transfer the case from Adipur to Bhuj, As per Bhuj they have no answer how they have transferred this passbook to Ambala head office without any transfer letter.

        As per current situation I have one passbook that shows I have one PPF account but account nowhere exists because Adipur post office upgraded to CBS system and they already deleted my account from their system.

        What really happened time continued and I travelled different countries in last two years. I have been relocated to Hyderabad now.

        Please do me the favor, kindly solve this case and please arrange to provide me my new account number as per CBS system so that I can do some transactions in that account. You can give this number in Adipur also. Precisely my request is to get this account live. Do the needful as soon as possible.

        I don’t think this is a unique case for you. Like this you have thousands of cases, but for me it is a headache now. Close this issue.

          A Registered A D letter was registered at Phursungi Post Office (Dist Pune, PIN 412308) on 27/7/2018 (RN[protected]IN, IVR[protected] addressed To The Coordinator, Krishnamurti Study Centre, Rajghat Fort, Varanasi(U.P.), PIN 22001.I have received a phone call and mail from Krishnamurti Study Centre, Rajghat Fort, Varanasi, that they have not received the letter so far. The A D card is also not received by me so far. If I had received the AD card I can confirm the person who received the letter. In absence of AD card it is assumed that the registered letter is not delivered to the addressee. The Registered AD letter contained Demand Draft. In the absence of Demand Draft neither I can register at Krishnamurty Study Centre at Varanasi nor I can cancel the DD in the absence of Original DD. I have registered complaint at www.indiapost.gov.in on 5/9/2018, but they reply current status as pending.

            It has been more than 3 days since the bag despatched to new delhi rs tmo. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. Item no is ed[protected]in.

            EV[protected]CN was delivered in India and held at Mumbai first later it was shifted to chennai and now it says held by border agency for secu. The item is held at customs for too long. I would request this to be released for use.

                I ordered anker portable speaker (tracking id RB[protected]SG) from aliexpress.com
                Order handed over after 6days from the date of reaching local distribution center.
                I visited post office (rabindra sarani pin 734006). Opened duct tape found item missing, percel empty .I denied to accept. They forced to take. We verbally fight . Asked for acknowledgement letter. They denied. Visited higher authority .after a whole day running here and there next day higher authority accepted my written complain.before my many percel was undelivered, maximum delivery date over.india post has employed a lot of thef in the system to steel item and authority protect them, other wise they would have taken strict action . Many measures are there to prevent item theft in india post.

                  A parcel has been sent from NIWARI S.O (Pin code - 472442) bearing the consignment number CI[protected]IN on 12.09.2018 to Melakottaiyur S.O (Pin code -600127). It has been more than 8 days and still i did not receive the parcel. In the online tracking, the last update was done on 14/09/2018 like "From PH AGRA FORT Item Bagged to PH HYDERABAD". After that no update has been done. I have attached the screenshot of the tracking status herewith. So, I request you to kindly update the status of my parcel and make it to reach me within the stipulated time.

                    Postman is not delivering the posts to the correct persons. Instead he is delivering to somebody in the villages ordering them to deliver to the respective persons. Due to that, still i had received my marklist which had sent by the institute 6 months before. Not only me, so many people were missing their important letters or else receiving lately.
                    It is better if he gives to the addressed person or his family or his relatives atleast instead of giving to unknown persons in village, by that they were forgetting to deliver to the addressed person s.

                      On 16/06/18 i had posted a item from kerala to ambedkar foundation delhi through speed post
                      And it was supposed to reach on or within 20th of june. But the tracking status shows that its received in nsh new delhi on 25th but its not moved further.
                      After that when tracking the consignment number it is found that "the consignment number is not found" what will i do now? Kindly please do the needful

                        Rto pune — not received original rc book from rto even after 2 years of purchase

                        I had purchased my car in march 2016 for which i have not received the rc book from the rto, pune. I went to collect the same on 15/09/2016 to rto office. They sent me to gpo pune to collect the rc book but instead the gpo officer told us that we should fill up a complaint form to speed post as the rc book was failed to be delivered by them and count be found at their office. I then went to submit the complaint form at speed post office near parcel office - pune station. Where again i was given a letter written that my complaint was "time barred" as they preserve record only for 6 months. This letter i should again in rto where they are now asking me to fill form no.26 which is for duplicate rc book. My question is when i purchased the vehicle each and every information is submitted to the dealer at the time of purchase so how can i not receive the rc book for such a long period. Second if the courier sent by speed post was returned then why i was not informed at that time though they have all records (Mobile number is always submitted to the dealer at the time of purchase). And last if i have not received the original rc book due to mistake of rto and gpo why should i apply for duplicate book and pay for it also go to the police station to complaint about the loss of rc book. Why should i pay for the negligence and inappropriate duties performed by the rto pune, gpo pune and even the dealer who sold us the vehicle.
                        I request you to please inform at the earliest what can i do in such matter.

As i am a private job employee, i am out of states. I had sent my brother to collect the parcel but the officer on duty was out for delivery.
                          Till date i have not received my parcel. Please do the needful and oblique.

                            Hi,
                            This is to file a complain for the postman of dehrakhas thdc colony dehradun who everytime misbehave with everyone. On date 09/19/2018 he bring one speedpost on my name nitin gupta he handover the post my neighbour and signed the document by them only. When my mother ask him to deliver the document to our residence then he start talking rubbish. When i came back home my mother told me all this. I called to postman and ask him that why he has deliver my post to my neighbour house he reply that "unhone maangi maine de di"aur me wahi par hi dunga. When i asked him to complain to post master dehradun he said that "jisko bolna hai bol de aur jo karna hai wo karle agar maa ka doodh piya hai to mera bigaad le jo bigaadna hai"and he said me kal aaunga tuhse kal niptunga. This is not the first time many times he do the same for last four months i am not getting my credit card statement by post b, coz of him.
                            My humble request to you take a action against him and please change the postman of this area.

I have been waiting for the consignment to get delivered on my address and it never got delivered.                                 My speed post dated 13/09/2018 with consignment no eu[protected]in is stuck at new delhi rs tmo since 14/09/2018. Today is 18/09/2018 and it has still not been delivered. The item was booked at maharshi nagar so and it has to be delivered in ludhiana. How much more time will it take for the item to reach ludhiana or has it been lost in transit. The documents in the parcel age required very urgently. Kindly help!

                                  My parcel for Hyderabad has not passed from palam TMO from almost 3 days, it is almost stucked there, my consignment I'd is ED[protected]IN, please I need the parcel as soon as possible, please reply fast and resolve my problem. And no online update is being shown, I really need my parcel soon .

                                    I have very important document which i need on urgent basis. Item was send on time through speed post but i haven't received it since last 20 days. My tracking id is :ei[protected]in, i have made complain after 10 days but still no action taken on the complain. After so many follow up with the destination speed post office (Chinchawad so pune), no update i got. My complain number is [protected]. Even online tracking on the consignment is not updated. They have updated "item delivery attempted door locked-intimation served", even they don't no my address. Item does not come under the chinchwad so region, so how they can change the status like attempted.
                                    India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Speed post tracking no-PP[protected]IN.
                                    This is a passport article, I want it urgent.
                                    Passport office dispatched the item 31/08/2018 but after 1 week i can't receive this.
                                    What is the reason for delay?
                                    Replay me as soon as possible.
