होदय, मामला सन 2003 की है मेरा एक खाता जहानाबाद (बिहार) के पोस्ट ऑफिस (खाता संख्या 1218889) में था और उसमे रूपये 4300/- थे। मैं मार्च 2002 से दिल्ली में रह रहा हूँ, अतः मैंने उस खाते को जहानाबाद मुख्य डाकघर से मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर, दिल्ली में स्थान्तरण के लिए दिनांक 18/02/2003 को पासबुक सहित मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर में लिखित आवेदन किया था उस आवेदन को पासबुक सहित मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर ने अपने स्तर पर जहानाबाद मुख्य डाकघर को भेज दी. उसके बाद मैं कई साल तक मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर में उसकी स्थिति जानने के लिए भटकता रहा, पर हर वक़्त एक ही जवाब मिलता था की “अभी तक पासबुक जहानाबाद से वापस नहीं आया है।” सन 2003 से सैकङों बार जहानाबाद का चक्कर लगाया, पत्राचार किया, पर कुछ हासिल नहीं हुआ। अंततः दिनांक 02.12.2011 को उसकी स्थिति जानने के लिए आर.टी.आई. अधिनियम, 2005 का इस्तेमाल किया. उसमे भी पहले कई बार गोल-मटोल जवाब देकर टालने की कोशिश की गयी। उधर से जहानाबाद डाकघर ने भी लिखित रूप से यह जवाब दे दिया कि उसने खाते का स्थान्तरण दिनांक 05.04.2003 को ही रजिस्टर्ड पत्र संख्या 3172 के द्वारा कर दिया है। उसके बाद दिनांक 19.01.2012 को पहली अपील, और दिनांक 20.04.2012 को दूसरी अपील लगायी, पर कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिल रहा था उसके बाद कई बार अनुस्मारक देने के पश्चात केन्द्रीय सूचना आयोग, ओल्ड जे.एन.यु. कैंपस के सुनवाई के बाद दिनांक 24.07.2013 को मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर में एक नए खाता संख्या[protected] के साथ पासबुक जारी कर दिया गया। केन्द्रीय सूचना आयोग के पहल पर पासबुक तो मिल गया, उसमे पासबुक का मूलधन रूपये 4300/- भी दिखा दिये, परन्तु मुझे हुई परेशानी का हर्जाना मिलना तो दूर, 2003 से आजतक का ब्याज भी नहीं मिला, जब मैंने मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर को इसके ब्याज के बारे में पूछा तो मुझे यह कहा गया कि ब्याज देना मेरे अधिकार में नहीं है, इसके लिए आपको पोस्टमास्टर जनरल, अशोक विहार, दिल्ली को पत्र भेजना होगा, मैंने उसी डाकघर के जरिये इसके लिए पत्र पोस्टमास्टर जनरल, अशोक विहार को उसी दिन भेज दिया, मुझसे उस वक़्त यह कहा गया कि 2 से 3 माह में आपके ब्याज जुङ जायेंगे। करीब 4 से 5 माह बाद मैं उस डाकघर में पता करने के लिए गया तो फिर से उसी तरह से टाल-मटोल वाली जवाब मिली कि अभी तक ब्याज नहीं जोड़ा गया है। मैंने CNBC Aawaz पर प्रसारित होने वाली पहरेदार पर भी अनुरोध किया है, पर पहरेदार की तरफ से कोई जवाब नहीं मिल रहा है. अतः आपसे यह अनुरोध है कि मुझे उपरोक्त मूलधन का ब्याज और पिछले 12 साल से इसकी वजह से जो परेशानी और मानसिक प्रताङना झेलनी पड़ी है उसके हर्जाने के तौर पर कम-से-कम 1 लाख रुपए दिलाने का कष्ट करें। अभी तक जितने भी पत्राचार हुए है, उसके सभी कागजात मेरे पास उपलब्ध है, आपके पास ये कागजात कब और कैसे भेजने है, ये बताए? धन्यवाद पत्राचार का पता:- फ्लैट नo- SF- 04, दूसरा तल्ला, प्लॉट नo- एम.एम.- 89, अंकुर विहार, डी.एल.एफ., लोनी, गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश, पिन- 201102 मोबाइल नं०- [protected]

i booked an item for speedpost from agarpara postoffice kolkata-700109 on 09/03/15 11.22am track number EW[protected]IN to Hirabjyoti gogoi shyamnagar near govindpuri meto station new delhi-110019.its still not delivered yet.can i know the current position of the article and by what time it will b deliver to the address.its urgent

maine 25/2/2015 rohit kushwaha ke naampar leter atpost saktui ke liye speedpost pathakhera se post kiya jo 13/3/2015 tak deleverd nahi hua hai online check karne par letter saktui post office(U.P.) ko 3/3/2015 ko 2pm deleverd ho chuka hai lekin postman ka kahna hai ki use letter nahi mila hai please action le .

It has been 2 months since we booked the courier ( EU[protected]IN) and it is not delivered yet.
I have even raised the complaint with number [protected] more than a month back but no one is from India Speed Post is replying about it or care about it.

Request you to please look into it urgently and let me know the status ASAP.

Dear Sir/ Mam, One Month Ago My Registred Post No -RO50177859IN DT[protected] from Devidwar jajpur town odisha to Daman (U.T). Till now I have not received this courier. Tracking ID are showing bhubanshwar RMS (CRC) Bag dispatch to Surat RMS (CRC).i dont understand how many day will be take one bag for deliver.kindly check where is my parcel.i had belived for registred post dont take more time but now i thinking pvt. courier is the Best for delivery services from indian postal service. sir, i have booked an article (Documents) on 12/02/2015 from Thiruvananthapuram G.P.O to Hamilton, Ontario, Canada by Speed Post. Consignment number is EL[protected]IN. by tracking i found that the item was bagged to Toronto on 16/02/2015 from Chennai. i tried contacting Thiruvanathapuram, Chennai GPO's but of no use. the estimated time for delivery is 7 days. today is 9/3/2015. the item has not yet reached Canada. really i am in trouble.Kindly take necessary steps to release compensation for the delay of the above said article. Sir, I have purchased an article from Amazon.in and it was shipped on 21/02/2015 from Mewat(Haryana) to Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala) through India Post( Tracking No. AW[protected]IN). The item reached in Gurgaon (Haryana) on 22/02/2015 and further was dispatched to Delhi Palam TMO on the same day. Thereafter there is no information action about the shipment. The item has not delivered to me till the date. So I request you to take necessary action for the immediate delivery of the item. With regards Sasikumar.C S

My father is a senior citizen, He booked an e-mo (bearing no.[protected] for the funeral of my relatives at Bansdroni P.O. But instead of making liaison with the Bansdroni & Naktala P.O (for safer way) they neither have delivered the Money order nor have contacted with our relatives in the given address. Rather after waiting of just 21 hours instead of attempting to deliver the M.O to my relatives they redirected it boldly. Due to the callousness and lac of proper work-culture of some employees these e-mo process is seems to be ruthless day by day. I have also experience such an incident in few years ago. Moreover in spite of charging commission amount Rs. 50/- they are forcing him to collect the money from the Head Post office of Bankura which is 4 K.M from my Residence. Being a senior citizen it is really a matter of strenuous job to him to collect the same from the far away. Though in the old process I used to money order very often and there was no such incident ever. This speed money order will not be fruitful until and unleash the staffs have regain the past work culture and fame of Indian post.

To be Noted: This is not a grievance but information QUERY 1 Is it possible to TRACK n TRACE the status of all those Letters/Parcels/Consignments that are booked v.i.a Registered With OR Without A.D. Posts? QUERY 2 In case of items booked v.i.a Registered With OR Without A.D. Posts, will both the SENDER & the RECEIVER, be eligible for receiving FREE SMS ALERT Facility as & when the items gets delivered?

My speed post no. EM[protected]IN has not been delivered since 16/2/15, and I have tried 100s of india post numbers now, but all of them are like new comers to post office network.. Most of the time, they give you some other number and other times they disconnect their phones if you call them more than once.. Whats more, CPMG as listed here, DelhiShri Vasumitra[protected]/23782800 [protected]@indiapost.gov.in23627114.. Says, "hum kya kar sakte hain".. Their NSH contact nos. never pick up phone, and speed post centers are a joke.. I have my very important documents in it, about which they dont care.. AMPC once said, wait till tommorrow and you will recieve it, next day they were clueless.. Very poor condition of a so important department of India..NSH NEW DELHI contact nos.[protected]/38/2829. And, I have about20 more nos. that I have collected automatically, by contacting one person i.e. CPMG.. I have contacted following nos. so far: 25654037, 26156732, 23096057, 23096148, 23365480, 25099117, , , , and many more.. As per my call log, I have spent about 60 min in just contacting this empty tanks... Please help me... And, am I eligible for late delivery compensation??

While I am going to pay premium. In the below screenshot, in the bank pop up, the bank names are not coming. Error is coming when I am continuing without the bank selection in bank pop up. I am already due by 1 month. Kindly resolve the problem. As the policy is of outstation, I need to pay it online only.

On 10th of Feb, 2015 we sent 50 off gift bags for a baby shower function which is to take place on 21st Feb, 2015 in Melbourne, Australia. The goods reached destination only on 2nd Mar, 2015. Since the gifts did not reach on the function day we incurred an extra expenditure of AUD 500 to buy gifts in Australia. Our total loss due to delay in delivery is as follows: Cost of 50 gift bags in India: 50 bags x Rs. 300 = Rs. 15000/- Courier charges of Indian Post: Rs. 6455/- Sub Total = Rs. 21455/- Additional Expenses for buying gifts in Australia: 50 x 10 = 500 AUD Hence, requests please reimburse the money spent by us of Rs. 21455/- + AUD 500 due to the delay caused.
