We have 05 rd/sb account in VV Nagar, Belgaum. I have given application to transfer these accounts to post office khanapur on 05 Mar 2015. Post office Khanapur forwarded to VV Nagar, Belgaum. On 27 Mar 2015 when I visited the post office khanapur they told me that the pass book are returned without remarks. On 05 Mar 15 the dealing clerk told me this is not their work to send and do the correspondence. This is work of VV Nagar, Belgaum. However when I requested whoever it the duty of your work. initially irricked by my word latter he accepted it. After 22 days I received my rd\sb passbooks without any remarks by post office khanapur/vvnagar, belgaum. Why this happens in post office.

sir, my name is AYSHA BEGAM I am resident of G-12/240 SANGAM VIHAR NEW DELHI-110080.sir nowadays we are suffering from one problem.our postman not giving me my RATION CARD or any documents and it is happening since that when my son refused him to give money rather than licence then he said " I will teach you a lesson ', and sir now he is giving ration card to other except me.I have already checked my RATION CARD on net its made. sir i attached copy of my ration card which i downloaded with this letter and plz, sir take act against postman as soon as possible ..thank you

I tired to trace it online but there is no option availble to track the registered post on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/) Also there is no need to mention the lethargic attitude of the Post office staff for helping out to track the post. Kindly help me in to try and locate the post. What is the point of " [Mar 21, 2015] India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint."
Its been 10 days and no use. My observations here

1.Nobody will pick up the phone. We tried more than 100 times per day for 3 days
2. If you visit post office, nobody will help you.

We are middle class family and ordered some SPIO Products for our baby as asked by doctor that costed us 21000 rupees. It is not available in India so spent additional 4000 rupees for shipment from US, and Indian Post has lost the package. We visited twice and spent more than three hours there. No use. It seems they lost it or stole it. They are not able to revert with any information If this is the way our Govt. Dept. will work who will use them or trust them. Curse is the only thing i have in mind. Since their jobs are secure and nobody can complain and do anything so they enjoy such liberty at the cost of citizens' money and emotions.

If something is coming from abroad then they must have opened it to see with their tempting toung opened wide and long, and they must have stolen it for their family, but later they might have realized that it is of no use to them so they might have thrown away in the nearest ganda naala. That's what they do.
You should learn now and do not use India Post, even they sell your stuff to raddi waala ( scrap collector ) also, so you can check the nearest scrap collector and you may buy back your 20000 thing in 200 rupees, just try. You are saying you visited post office also, how are those rats doing?

considering it came from abroad and expensive they might have stolen it for their family members but later realized that they can not use it so they might have sold it to the kabaari wala ( scrap dealer ) for 10 rupees. So your 24000 thing gone for 10 rupee.

It's been 16 days now, and Item which can to Gurgaon is not getting delivered to Gurgaon address. Is India Post Office Sitting and hatching eggs on it. If this is the way then people who still haven't lost faith on Govt. Dept. will also loose trust, and i am sure the complaint submission for is just a formality and not action will be taken.
Shame on Ministry of Communications and India Postal Service they can not deliver a packet in the same city in even after 16 days.
It's a real pity.

Very sad but true story here.
We are middle class family and ordered some SPIO Products for our baby as asked by doctor that costed us 21000 rupees. It is not available in India so spent additional 4000 rupees for shipment from US, and Indian Post has lost the package. We visited twice and spent more than three hours there. No use. It seems they lost it or stole it. They are not able to revert with any information If this is the way our Govt. Dept. will work who will use them or trust them. Curse is the only thing i have in mind. Since their jobs are secure and nobody can complain and do anything so they enjoy such liberty at the cost of citizens' money and emotions.
