I had raised a complaint [protected] for Non delivery of acknowledgement card of registered post but the postal department simply closed it by stating that it was delivered on 24/09/14 which is blatant lie and this is not the first instance such activity has happened, hope the officials at Chennai will look into this issue and atleast see to it that its not repeated again....
