I sent a courier by Indian Speed Post reference number "EU[protected]IN" on 17 Jan 2015. it has been almost a month now and has not been delivered.
Also, it is now showing any status on its online tracking website.

Request you to please look into it urgently & deliver the courier asap.

I ordered 1 no. chinos (size 32") on Jabong.com (order number [protected]) and it was delivered to me on 5 Jan.But due to its tight size I returned the same product by IndiaPost to Jabong. But they disagree to accept it as it was having magazine in it as they said and the parcel came back to me. My chinos was missed somewhere during transit. I had raised complaint against India post twice during transit of parcel (due to delay in delivery complaint no.[protected]) and for abstraction of contents (complaint no. [protected] dated 24 jan).But no reply from their side from last 2 weeks. Jabong.com is not willing to give refund. In this case, the whole responsibility lies on Indiapost because they were unable to deliver my chinos pant parcel weight 470 g. Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

I have ordered a mobile handset from flipkart.com on 6 January 2015 and they were using India Post Speed Post. The consignment number was - EK[protected]IN. The item was delivered to me on 23 Jan 2015, but when i open the parcel, inside there was an old journal magazine . Along the way someone must have stolen the mobile handset and put that magazine instead.It is a shame that this kind of things happened in such a trustworthy department. It is like hacking customer's account and stealing their money by a bank clerk!!! Immediate action is necessary in order to avoid this kind of mishap in the future. I kindly request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately

My Passport was posted through registered post from Lahaul Spiti Himachal pradesh with RE[protected]IN on 27/10/2014 and was supposed to be delivered at Indira Nagar Bangalore. Its not delivered yet and I am not able to trace it online. Also I registered a complaint (Complaint Number: [protected]) in India Post website, but didn't get any reply yet. Its almost 3 months now.

This is regarding speed post track number E[protected]IN.this item was booked from VIT Chennai, Tamilnadu on 10/12/14. it was wrongly delivered to some other address.I am contacting post office(Koramangala 3rd block, Bangalore) for past 40 days. But i am not getting any proper response. The post master did not accept my written complaint telling I don't have the right to give complaint because I am the addressee for the particular speed post. Since it was sent by the college it is not easy for me to request college to lodge a complaint.

i didn't get my parcel from INDIA to NETHERLANDS (AMSTERDAM INTERNATIONAL MAIL CENENTER) it is 8kg parcel almost 12 days finished. actually in india they told it will reach with in 8 days. But there is no update on website. my tracking number is CA[protected]IN

dear sir, i have booked a parcel from bangalore to nizambad (AP) on[protected] & till date its not been delivered & when tracked & called number of time to hyderabad & bangalore spoken to the chief post master & local post office they say that the parcel is missing & its lost, i would like to know who can it be missed or lost untill they steal it, when you camera at your office bar coding is been done, how can be missed, its really unprofessional & when we tried to get in touch with them, we dont get any proper reply from them . at last i had personally visited and spoke to them they say that they have lost the parcel & i can claim the compensation amount of the the courier chargers that is 101=00 on the time of booking i had paid & the compensation amount is 101=00 so total is 202=00, my contain in the parcel is of Rs 2500=00, i want the full claim as compensation from the gpo dept which they say that they are not able to give & tell me to approach the consumer court . pls kindly look into this matter . thanking you in the meantime

I have not received the speed post item no.ED[protected]IN, which is a driving licence, till now even though it was booked at patparganj P.O. on 18/12/2014 . It returned to nsh new delhi on 23/12/2014 as unclaimed because of a possible eror in destination address on the article . It has been a month since its dispatch to NSH New Delhi but it has still not been returned to the sender - transport authority(mayur vihar) . Tracking it on the india post website shows that it is doing the rounds all over delhi being sent to different post offices such as seelampur and civil lines which is pointless because both the address of the sender and the destination address come under the ambit of patparganj S.O. not other post offices . So please kindly send it back to the sender as early as possible so that I can collect it from there .

I have already complaint to the concern post office, online complaint([protected]) But no action is taken. I shall be very thankful if you inquire about the said parcel as the parcel is very important.
