I had booked a letter through speed post which was to be delivered at a University in Estonia. It contained academic documents. The item was booked in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, on the 29th of April, 2015. I was tracking the article on India post website. The last information is that the bag was despatched to the foreign post office from NSH New Delhi. This is dated the 5th of May. Today i.e 18/5/2015, postman of timarni post office came to my house at 5 pm and told me a parsal of my name is to be delivered to me.As the parsal is large and he has a bicycle so he can not deliver the parsal at my home. So you have collect it from the post office.I told him that as I don't have any bike or car so I can't collect it from post office. He told me that he will deliver the parsal at 6pm.But unfortunately I got the SMS from the company at 6.05pm on 18/5/2015 that "Your package with Vega Pumice... and 2 other item(s) could not be delivered as addressee was not available. Please contact Amazon. www.amazon.in/cs" I contacted customer service Amazon.in and informed about the situation. They informed me that the parsal will be delivered to me within 24 to 48 hour.They will inform the matter to higher authority.The proof of incident is that the postman has handedover a small parsal of my campus neighbour Arti Gupta.to me to deliver her and took my signature as receipent. Please took my complaint seriously.These type of services may harm many people in India. Proof of my presence at home is the photogrph of parsal of Arti Gupta for which I have signed on behalf of her as receipent. Hello sir, My name is manish jain, 18/35, neelkanth, city station road, agra-282003 is my postal address. in last one month 1 of my cheque book, one a new bank account's pin number, 2 marrige cards and some others posts are missing. When i check bank record, posts regarding Banks have delivered successfully. When i check near by city post office there is no satisfactory answer regarding my problem. This is totally postman's irregularity.About 7-8 months before i complaint same, on that time my area postman excuse and regular but now i suppose he is irregular for his duty again. Speed post EK[protected] IN sent from Bangalore Malleswaram S.O. 560003 is not yet delivered at Hyderabad. The Complaint Number : [protected] shows that the bag is despatched to Hyderabad on 6-5-2015 but NSH hyderabad is claiming that the bag did not reach them even on[protected]. It contains most important document to be filed in court. If delivery is not done by tomorrow, I shall file case against the entire postal Department and will claim damages of 1 lakh Rupees. Please take notice accordingly.

Dear Sir/Madam 27th April 2015 I have sent one parcel with very important document inside. Within 3days it reached India and I can track that from Singapore Singpost Registered Tracking number RC[protected]SG. But after that no more information. Parcel is not yet reached the destination address. Today 12th May 2015.It should have reached by 8-10 days as per SingPost customare care. They can't help after it reached IndiaPost office. Dear Sir, Please find enclosed herewith the complain against Shri Mdan Mohan Bhatt (Post Man) from all the resident of Purani Basti and further forwarded by Parsad Nagar Nigam(Jaipur). Shri Bhatt is corrupt person and he always try to take money against his services on delivery of money order from pensioners, against registered letters and specially call letter received from any deptt. for unemployed persons. The letter address to the Post master General Rajasthan Jaipur with the request that serious action should be taken against Shri Bhatt including transfer from Jaipur to outside district. The supervision staff is also entangle with Shri Bhatt therefore respective supervision staff should also be warned. Mr. Pradeep Bhatnagar (Deputy Secretary to Govt of India ) directed to Mrs Sanjukta Mudgal (director NLM I & II) to conduct the interview for Regular Director-JSS Jagatsingpur . Hence the interview was held on 10th April 2015. I Shri Bijaya Kumar Sahu attended the interview and some other 6 to 9 member also attended the interview .Even after 30 days past the result not declared and non of the candidate got appointment letter. It is the matter of great sorrow that the chairperson of the said JSS not taking any action for it and the interviewer also not declared the result .I don't know why Govt not taking any action .
