I have booked the tickets on 20/12/2014 in APSRTC through HDFC credit card. The amount is 313 rupees for each ticket. My money was deducted 3 times but the ticket was not booked. I got my money back only one time, the remaining two times they didn't refund. If i ask APSRTC they are saying that only one time it was deducted. if i ask HDFC they are saying 3 times merchant claim. I dropped a mail to APSRTC with my HDFC bank statement showing that my money was deducted. I have sent a mails two times. One time i have attached my HDFC statement but the APSRTC people are saying they didn't receive mail but mail was not bounced. Both are playing with me. Please help me in this issue. 12 days have passed but speed post from hyderabad to delhi is still not delivered. tracking has stopped in between. when i called the destination post office (palam village SO)there is no response and they are telling article not received. please look into the matter. An article was sent by speed post from Bangalore to Delhi on 22 Dec 2014. Today is 8th day and still not delivered to me. Internet shows the article has reached Delhi on 26 Dec. The article was sent through speed post so as to reach me in 2-3 days, but the delay has caused a huge loss and mental suffering. When the postal dept cannot deliver it why was the fees for speed post taken. They have charged Rs.1215 for the same and yet not delivered in time. I request u to please do justice to me and action be taken against the postal dept for causing mental agony, pain and suffering. The speed post article number is EK[protected]IN. I hope justice will prevail

My passport is depatched from passport office on 23 Dec 2014. However, till now i have not received the same. Postal office is not helpful in tracking my courier. Passport office people are saying they are also not responsible for the same. When I contacted Imphal Post office over phone[protected] they misbehaved towards me. I am facing a heavy loss due to non-receipting of parcels. The Imphal post office is not giving any valuable information. I think they are keeping these items or there is a deliberate delay in supplying the item to help private courier companies. Once again inform you to that the Parcels are most urgent one. Hi, This to bring to your notice that my USPS Parcel is missing without a trace after it reached "Indian Post" It was posted from US on 4th Dec 2014. And have not reached its destination yet. Sir, I have sent a post from USA to India (Bangalore) on Dec 1st, its a priority mail through US Postal Service, Tracking number is "EK[protected]US " . USPS has no idea about this mail and they could not track it beyond New York Airport .Final destination of this post is Bangalore, I am writing filing this complain to track my mail Appreciate your help ! The Speed Post Reference No. 1. EQ[protected]IN and 2. EQ[protected]IN (which are the cheque books) not received to me. 4-5 months before also this type of incident were happened to me. So, i am requesting you to please help me and also find the person who were dispatch these speed post to another person. He is not deliver the product to us and also he is responsible for this loss. The postman is also not behave well and he is also approach to receive cash for the delivery service. Government is paying them then why they asking for the money. I had ordered a product from China through "aliexpress.com" on 17/11/2104. The seller has shipped the product through registered China Air Mail on 20/11/2014 but still I'm yet to receive the product and I'm unable to track the location and status of the product(ips web tracking).I am very depressed with such service of Indian postal system and I am left in dilemma whether it is fault of the seller or Indian postal service due to lack of accurate information. Newly joined postman of our area is neither delivering parcels nor is he responsible. My awb no AW[protected]IN is less than 1kg in weight, for which he called me to collect it from post office. When I said he must deliver it to my residence he dropped phone. He did same earlier. While checking status, he has updated a total false and wrong update that he attempted delivery and found my residence locked. My request is that he must deliver my parcel and must do same in future. Dear Sir, I had three voter id card to be delivered which shows 21/11/2014 as the day of disposal at official website of Chief Electoral officer Delhi but I have not received it yet on 17/12/2014/. A registered parcel No.A CG[protected]IN dated 05/12/2014 was despatched from Subhanpura post office (390023) to my daughter in law "Mona Mamtani" B-138 IIT Campus, Kharagpur 721302 ( W.B.). It was delivered at Kharagpur on 10th December afternoon with parcel re-stitched with different thread. On opening the parcel she found the contents haphazardly searched and packed with one "Phulkari jacket" costing R.895.00 missing. This is 2nd occasion we have faced the similar problem on this route. There is something wrong at Kharagpur RMS. I don't see any possibility in IIT Technology Post office. The matter must be investigated. Atma Prakash Mamtani
