They messaged me that my parcel reached Gurgaon after some days they send a letter to my address in which it is written that My parcel may be lost. after that they havn't done anything . please help me.. either they have to give my parcel back or have to pay the cost of my parcel. thank you

I had posted a Registered Letter (RN[protected]IN) with Acknowledgement due on 19th of this month from Cuddapah Head Post Office, Andhra Pradesh to the Registrar, Central Council of Homoeopathy, Jawaharlal Nehru Bhartiya Chikitsa avum Homoeopathic Anusandhan Bhawan, 61-65, Institutional Area, Opp. 'D' Block, Janak Puri, New Delhi, PIN - 1100 58. But so far, even after nearly EIGHT days, there are no delivery details available on the India Post Tracking website - this after the parcel reached Janakpuri, New Delhi on 22nd of this month. I even lodged a complaint ([protected]) on the India Post's website but so far no action has been taken in this regard. Kindly take IMMEDIATE AND URGENT ACTION and let me know the delivery details. Dear Sir, I have issued an account payee cheque No.215106 from my saving bank( cheque book issued in Aug.2014) A/C No. [protected]( in H.O. Post Office, Allahabad)on 18.09.2014 to Mr.Yash Agarwal, who inturn deposited the same in his account in Axis Bank, Civil Lines Allahabad on19.09.2014.Scan of cheque attatched as Ref.-1.Worth mentioning that drawer of the cheque is Post Office, H.O, M.G.Marg, Allahabad & drawer''s bank being State Bank of India. To my utter surprise the above cheque has not been cleared( Axis Bank communication placed at the end of this letter)and returned on the plea that it is a non CTS cheque which was denied for clearing by drawer's bank(SBI, Alld.).CTS memo from Axis Bank attatched as Ref.-2. I alongwith Axis Bank Officials contacted Post Master, Supdt. & other senior officials but to no avail.They showed their inability since Alld P.O. do not have CTS cheques. Non cooperative, negligent and callous attitude of senior officials at Alld. P.O. is a matter of serious concern .This has caused me big financial loss & humiliation .I fail to understand why such cheque book is issued to account holders and officers do not arrange for the clearing of these cheques causing harassment to account holders. Would you look into this matter personally so that justice is done at the earliest and I am not made to run from table to table . A proper address and mobile number has been written on it, but our postman has not informed me and beside that, they have been get signed Receiving letter from someone another (our relative ) without delivering the parcel and told that it was very heavy and collect it from post office, but when my father has been collected as on (18/9/14), that it has been temporarily taped . and when we opened it in home we have got only 50 percent items, we have lost one leather bag, most of the jewellery and cosmetics and all the garments . My parcel EMO No - EM[protected]IN was dispatched from Mumbai - Jacksonville, Florida, USA. Its been 2 weeks.I have not received it.I tried to track it, all it says is dispatched from Mumbai. I cant believe people can be so careless.Its really disappointing, we pay so much and take so much time on packing, sending gifts.Its high time India Post/Speed post improve its services or else in no time its gonna be closed.

I have a complaint against the postman of our area - Munirka Village 110067. He is not delivering any of our documents sent by Indian post.Even if he comes for delivery, he calls from this number: +91-[protected] and says I am delivering this document to some X, Y place, you come and pick it up or pick it up from the office. Moreover, when he comes he says it is not my duty to deliver this letter. Ealier also, he did not come to deliver it nor did he intimate us about any letter. Also, when you try to ask him his name or discuss this with him, he starts misbehaving and abusing. This is completely unacceptable. He also threatened that no further letters will be delivered to this address. I have tried to call the concerned post office - JNU S.O. Pin code -110067, but no one is picking the phone there. The complaint number that I registered online is:[protected]. I request you to take a necessary action against the postman. This is a complete misuse of his position to harass us and is completely unacceptable. The Consignment Number associated with this complaint is EM[protected]IN.

Hi Sir,

I had sent a parcel from Bangalore to Pune on 11-Sep-2014, the parcel contained a bunch oh chocolates along with a card.

The 'to' address was our company address in hinjewadi phase-2, the parcel has been received there but is torn from one end and the chocolates are missing although the card is still there.

After inquiring our company reception it was found that the parcel was received in the same state, also the reception is under surveillance so there is no question of the parcel been tampered there.

The postmaster who delivered the same denies the fact that he has tampered the parcel, his details are mentioned below

I am a student of Indian Maritime Univerity, Kolkata and have applied for education loan through State Bank of India, Bhognipur Branch. Above said Air Parcel which has till date not delivered to addressed receiver. Pls note that this parcel containing our very urgent non negotiable shipping bills and other necessary original documents to release the shipment from foreign customs, shipping line, foreign port authority and other relevant agencies. And after passing privilege of free time from shipping line we will fall in demurrage charges. Without these documents we will get loses in very high volume, therefore it should be a note for Indian post services for forthcoming legal responsibilities from their end.
