This is to inform that the important document related to my medical certificate is been send through the registered post No A RL [protected]N ! It is been almost 25 days, kindly take action on this, since I have to submit those certificates on emergency basis !

I have received my online e-aadhar card in the month of July 2014 and it has been informed by the aadhar card customer care that it has been sent by indian post to my registered home address. I have email for the same. It has been more than 2 years but my aadhar card has not been delivered by the 942/943 manas nagar, asharam bapu marg, near kumar trader- 226023. but i have checked my docket number on indianpost website my item is delivered at my post office manas nagar S.O (226023) but till date 06/11/2014 my aadhar card didnt get me...and also many doc has not been deliver like that my CHSL EXAM (SSC) ADMIT CARD MY, VOTER ID, AND E.T.C i have many time visited my manas nagar post office but he still saying me when they have he will be delivered...i am very frustated...sir please take action as soon as possible my email id - [protected]@rediffmail.com and my mobile no--[protected], [protected] i will be very grateful to you... please fine the attachment..

Respected Sir/Madam, I had requested transfer of my wife's PPF account (# 39400069 Snehal Thakur) along with mine to Indian Post Office (Deonar post) to ICICI Bank (Powai Branch) last year around July 2013. My account got successfully transferred but my wife's PPF account transfer documents were misplaced by the ICICI Bank, who later released me a letter stating they did not receive any such request document from Post Office and must have lost in transit. On the contrary Powai Post Office provided me delivery receipt with ICICI Powai branch stamp on it. Accepting all these circumstances and unavoidable situation, I requested Indian Post Office (Deonar Post) to re-initiate my transfer process as anyways the amount cheque issued earlier (18 months back) has not been en-cashed anywhere and is of no use even if found in future. After months of follow up and writing several emails to the post master; I still don't have any answer or way out from this situation. This case has cost her 18 months interest value on the existing sum of over INR 10, 000 in the PPF account as well as no saving in the past 1 and a half year via PPF. I request you to please help us get out of this uninvited trouble.

Respected Sir, I am deposting R.D. 500 per month last 5 years last year Nov.2013 my R.D. Comple Nov.2013 but post office Patka Sub Teh Sihunta Distt Chamba H.P.staff is doing miss behave with me.My R.D. amount refunded after 5 months dated[protected] in my account. That time also Past Office Patka staff Mrs Reenu doing miss behav. But now sir my second R.D. Completed in the month of Oct 2014 in same post office Patka. I had gone post office and complete all the documents received by Mrs Reenu.dated 20.10.2014.she says that payment will refunded with in 5 days.But today 17 days complete i am very refuse very misbahved Miss Reenu Not sending any massage no giving lettes properly.If my R.D. gived late now i will recived with Interst. Kindly solve the problem ASAP

I had raised a complaint [protected] for Non delivery of acknowledgement card of registered post but the postal department simply closed it by stating that it was delivered on 24/09/14 which is blatant lie and this is not the first instance such activity has happened, hope the officials at Chennai will look into this issue and atleast see to it that its not repeated again.

I sent a very important document by speed post to World Education Services, New York, USA on 22/10/2014 from HSR Post office, Bangalore. Unfortunately however, the documents have not been delivered till 04 November 2014. These are very important documents and needs to be delivered before 7th November, 2014. महोदय, मामला सन 2003 की है मेरा एक खाता जहानाबाद (बिहार) के पोस्ट ऑफिस (खाता संख्या 1218889) में था और उसमे रूपये 4300/- थे। मैं मार्च 2002 से दिल्ली में रह रहा हूँ, अतः मैंने उस खाते को जहानाबाद मुख्य डाकघर से मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर, दिल्ली में स्थान्तरण के लिए दिनांक 18/02/2003 को पासबुक सहित मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर में लिखित आवेदन किया था उस आवेदन को पासबुक सहित मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर ने अपने स्तर पर जहानाबाद मुख्य डाकघर को भेज दी. उसके बाद मैं कई साल तक मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर में उसकी स्थिति जानने के लिए भटकता रहा, पर हर वक़्त एक ही जवाब मिलता था की “अभी तक पासबुक जहानाबाद से वापस नहीं आया है।” सन 2003 से सैकङों बार जहानाबाद का चक्कर लगाया, पत्राचार किया, पर कुछ हासिल नहीं हुआ। अंततः दिनांक 02.12.2011 को उसकी स्थिति जानने के लिए आर.टी.आई. अधिनियम, 2005 का इस्तेमाल किया. उसमे भी पहले कई बार गोल-मटोल जवाब देकर टालने की कोशिश की गयी। उधर से जहानाबाद डाकघर ने भी लिखित रूप से यह जवाब दे दिया कि उसने खाते का स्थान्तरण दिनांक 05.04.2003 को ही रजिस्टर्ड पत्र संख्या 3172 के द्वारा कर दिया है। उसके बाद दिनांक 19.01.2012 को पहली अपील, और दिनांक 20.04.2012 को दूसरी अपील लगायी, पर कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिल रहा था उसके बाद कई बार अनुस्मारक देने के पश्चात केन्द्रीय सूचना आयोग, ओल्ड जे.एन.यु. कैंपस के सुनवाई के बाद दिनांक 24.07.2013 को मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर में एक नए खाता संख्या[protected] के साथ पासबुक जारी कर दिया गया। केन्द्रीय सूचना आयोग के पहल पर पासबुक तो मिल गया, उसमे पासबुक का मूलधन रूपये 4300/- भी दिखा दिये, परन्तु मुझे हुई परेशानी का हर्जाना मिलना तो दूर, 2003 से आजतक का ब्याज भी नहीं मिला, जब मैंने मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर को इसके ब्याज के बारे में पूछा तो मुझे यह कहा गया कि ब्याज देना मेरे अधिकार में नहीं है, इसके लिए आपको पोस्टमास्टर जनरल, अशोक विहार, दिल्ली को पत्र भेजना होगा, मैंने उसी डाकघर के जरिये इसके लिए पत्र पोस्टमास्टर जनरल, अशोक विहार को उसी दिन भेज दिया, मुझसे उस वक़्त यह कहा गया कि 2 से 3 माह में आपके ब्याज जुङ जायेंगे। करीब 4 से 5 माह बाद मैं उस डाकघर में पता करने के लिए गया तो फिर से उसी तरह से टाल-मटोल वाली जवाब मिली कि अभी तक ब्याज नहीं जोड़ा गया है। मैंने CNBC Aawaz पर प्रसारित होने वाली पहरेदार पर भी अनुरोध किया है, पर पहरेदार की तरफ से कोई जवाब नहीं मिल रहा है. अतः आपसे यह अनुरोध है कि मुझे उपरोक्त मूलधन का ब्याज और पिछले 12 साल से इसकी वजह से जो परेशानी और मानसिक प्रताङना झेलनी पड़ी है उसके हर्जाने के तौर पर कम-से-कम 1 लाख रुपए दिलाने का कष्ट करें। अभी तक जितने भी पत्राचार हुए है, उसके सभी कागजात मेरे पास उपलब्ध है, आपके पास ये कागजात कब और कैसे भेजने है, ये बताए? धन्यवाद पत्राचार का पता:- फ्लैट नo- SF- 04, दूसरा तल्ला, प्लॉट नo- एम.एम.- 89, अंकुर विहार, डी.एल.एफ., लोनी, गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश, पिन- 201102 मोबाइल नं०- [protected]

i purchase a product from Aliexpress to India delivery mode was singapore post on 18.09.2014 and they have sent to consignment on 08.10.14 vide consignment note no. RQ[protected]SG. I have booked an international parcel from Jogindernagar, Himachal Pradesh to Amman, Jordan on 22.10.2014 and till date it is not delivered and there is no update on their website. I have also registered a web complaint but it is still pending from last 10 days, Despite sending so many reminders to all the concerned authorities I am still to get their revert. No one is interested in doing their job. How can we trust Indiapost???????????? Moreover, Indian Postal Services have listed this Toll free Number for International Mail queries[protected] But I am trying this number for last one week and they don't have operators to receive the call. It always says operators are busy. It seems more like there is no one to pickup the call. How can you solve this issue ?

Sir, I had sent one speed post article from Post Office at SP TRAINING COMMAND, PIN - 560006 on 26/09/2014 to URMILA BISWAS, A-1809 (2ND FLOOR - RIGHT), GREEN FIELD COLONY, FARIDABAD - 121003 vide Receipt No. EK[protected]JN. Till date the speed post has not been delivered. I regularly contacted the recipient and the transaction post office but no information has been received any reply. The tracking is also Not available. I lodged a on-line complaint with the Postal Department vide complaint no. [protected] dated 22/10/2014. But till date no action / reply has been received. Dear Support, This is for you kind attention from the last years I am not getting any letter deliver in time.Postman is not interested to deliver letter even he has no manner to talking.He delay always all letter.So this is requested to you please do needful action against him.
