I am a resident of Kolkata but due to business reasons stay out for a large part of the year. I am facing a peculiar problem with the post office of my area. The postman in my area does not deliver any letters or posts at my residence when I am not there and I have to then go to the post office to collect my mails myself (after having to pay for some"chai paani"). Whenever I ask him, he tells me that letters will only be delivered if the person for whom it is emant is there to receive it. Or else I have to give a authority letter, approved by the post office for someone to collect it in my absence. What I dont understand is if the post are meant to be delivered at my address, then why do I need to give an authority letter. No person would be at home during normal day as everyone is working in office.
I have been facing this problem for over 2 years now, but am just able to handle it any more.

i have send a important document from varanasi through registry to bansal classes but it has still not reached

Sent one registered letter through Post wide No: 42875 on 28/07/2009. Till now the same RL is not delivered to the destination. Raise the complaint also on the dept portal bearing complaint no[protected].
Even after a lot of followups, I have not got any concrete resolution and even I had suffered a lot of mental pain till now. If any responsible person can see to it and look into the case by putting their feet in my shoes and come back to me.

I sent 2 parcel from India to South korea.
one is sent on 11th NOV and the other is sent on 18th NOV through registered post
but only one parcel which is sent on 18th NOV reached here.
The reference number of the parcel is CP[protected]IN.

PLZ chase that parcel and let me know where it is now.

Provision for Tracking speedpost appears to be mockery as everytime even after 7 days of posting a negatiuve search reply stating the item existence comes .
Can anyone take some action for this or should indian post stop such kind of services rather than befooling the public .

I have send a courier through India post to Great Britain on 30/08/2010 with EL[protected]IN as the tracking number.When I tracked the courier ,I came to know that the courier has left the home country on 1/09/2010 and it was last tracked at coventry depot in UK.Also, the expected date of delivery they have shown in the website was on 7/09.2010.But it has not yet reached the destination.Kindly do the needful as the document which I sent through courier is very much important to me.

I am waiting for a parcel from Delhi & it was booked on 31/01/2012. Till now I can't track my parcel. The tracking no. CP[protected]IN. Please help me track my parcel.

All Indian institutions are crippled. No amount of shouting and venting frustration helps. The Public needs to come out on the street and roads carrying shoes and chappals shedding gentlemanly methods. That only shall yield results in this particular democratic republic.

It is a sad state of Indian Postal Office, till date the service of parcel could not be delivered.

It is humble request to Indian Consumer Complain Forum (ICCF) to kindly pursue the matter for delivery or returning to the sender at the earliest with charges of damages for non-compliance or relief for in case of loss.

However, I have made the complain to the concerned post office also.

Government of India — non functional battery

My Transaction ANumber is 5445037. I had purcfhased one 4 GB HIF 3rd Gen Hi Fi MP3 Video AMV e Book, FM Digital REC Player, which was delivered on 17th Sept, 08. The battery of the instrument does not last for more than 30 minutes and the charger is also not compatible to Indian electricity supply modules. Please help.

Traces of bacteria that are proved carcenigenic are added to the product.
Two weeks from now cases of poisoning was reported. On reporting the matter to the police it was found that the resturant got the supplies from dairy craft .

They refill the expired blocks of their product and supply in the market, this is more during the festive seasons, Diwali and Christmas.

from j p nagar bangalore po bangalore is yet to be
Delivered.In trackingtracking I found it is still lying in
Gauhati from 18/11/2014.Inspire of giving a written complaint
there is no response.Due to this delay I am suffering
financial loss to the amnt of Rs 400000.00
I am not able to get any duplicate documents.
