I recently had a dreadful experience with a website claiming to deliver delicious cakes, only to discover it was a complete scam. After placing an order and making the payment, the promised cake never arrived, and attempts to contact their customer care proved futile.

To add insult to injury, a day after the expected delivery date, I received an email demanding an additional 275 rupees for supposed delivery charges. This blatant attempt to extort more money was both infuriating and disappointing.
