IndiaCakes.com — Ordered cake + plant from indiacakes but received only cake refund not issued

I placed an order on IndiaCakes.com for an Elegant Peace Lily Plant and Lip Smacking Black Forest Cake, with an additional ₹275 for delivery. Total paid was ₹1, 394. However, I received only the cake and no plant.
When I contacted customer support, I was told the plant was not available and was substituted with a bigger cake. I was also told that I had been informed via email — but I never received any such email or notification.

I did not agree to any substitution. I am requesting a refund of ₹575 for the missing plant.
