IndiaCakes.com — Payment was successful but the cake was not delivered and no refund was processed

Ordered a cake entering proper delivery details on 14 August 2022. Paid full amount ₹1, 115.10 (shipping 0 + tax 53 + ₹1, 180.00 - discount 118) .But the next day I got an email for additional delivery charges of 275 rupees which was not mentioned in initial billing with an additional statement that the 586101 pin is in very far from this city. But this pin code is the center of the city. Clearly they are FRAUD website and luring money from customers.

After calling multiple times to the customer care, that i do no intend to pay extra delivery charge as they were lying that this pin code is out of the city. They started bargaining by asking if i could pay 150. I clearly mentioned them that i do not intend to pay any extra amount and requested a full refund.
The customer service member agreed to pay back my money but nothing i recieved in email or the refund process.

I have been emailing them but i get no response
Overall, My money was deducted, cake was not delievered and no refund was processed .

I kindly request you to please look into this. As they are traping many customers and luring hard earned money with a fake cake website.
