I placed my order of ₹1183.60 on 8 February, 2025. The order included a cake and flower bouquet. The timing I selected for the order to be delivered was 9pm-11:50pm. It was a prepaid order. But I didn’t receive the order on the particular date and time(yesterday, 8 February). I contacted their customer support today but they didn’t respond with any solution. Now they are not picking up my calls. Also I received an email from their side to pay extra ₹200 for delivery of the products today. I already paid ₹199 extra yesterday for mid night delivery which they did not deliver and took all the money and now they are asking for extra money. I wrote emails to them but they are just responding with a single line “order in process” and there is no update of the order or my money. Their customer support is not responding. They did a fraud with us by taking money and not delivering and now not responding. I want to take action against them and want my refund. Was this information helpful? |
