IndiaCakes — Payment Deducted but Order Not Delivered- Money not Refunded inspite of Complaint

I have placed a cake order from Indiacakes and paid the amount online, but the cake is not delivered and no reponse. I have emailed them and they mentioned that extra delivery charges (Rs 275/-) are required to be paid for the order to be sent, for which i have not agreed and asked to refund my money back.

They issued a coupon code for ordering using that, for which iam not in agreement as i will not order anything in future hence required money to be sent to my original source.

I called them, emailed them, contacted customer care, contacted throufgh web chat, all in vain.
its been ling time still no resolution,
