[Resolved] [protected]@ICICI — amount deducted but jio recharge not done | |||
I recharged my jio no [protected] with rs399 via bhim upi having txn id[protected] on 21jan 2018 at 9:24:54am. When i talked with jio care they are Saying transaction is unsuccessful. But my account has been debited rs 399. What shall i do? Please do something. (Reply o[censored]pi support) Dear sir, As per our records, amount has been credited to the merchant icici bank Account.
