My name is dhuke mangesh popat. I had done transaction from upi ([protected]@icici) to recharge of rs.399 on my number on 28 august 2017. The transaction was successfull but recharge is not yet done on my number jio no - [protected]. I contacted to jio company but they said payment is done to indiaideas so i need to cantact you people. Please tell me why this happened and return my money as soon as possible. Upi refrence[protected]. This is very embarrasing. I made a payment of Rs 300 for my Tata Sky on 25/09/2017 through BHIM app, though the payment is approved but it's not reflecting on my Tata Sky account.I was asked to call my bank, when I called the given no, they also couldn't help. Here is the transaction id[protected].Also find attached the transaction screen shot.Please do the needful ASAP.
