I was cheated yesterday army soldier name jaiksihan post an add on olx of ertiga car, from olx he contacted me and say i will send your car through army transport and you have to make a payment of 5100 first this is transport charge. After completing payment. Next day he call again that gps of parcel boy is stop and you have to make a payment of 13999 to open gps. I again trust him just because he send ne his documents car rc addharcard pancard army card etc. Again after sometime he call me and say make payment of 25990 this is a process i say u dont tell me this before he say i am unaware of transport policy please done payment otherwise car and your money is stop and refund after 45 days i again trust him and make payment. But now i dnt get any car and he refused to accept my call. Please take a strict action against this i have all the documents account no. Jsimein maine payment bheji hai. Help me to get my money back.

Sir today i saw a add on olx for one plus 6t. The person name sanjay singh said he is in army and posted in jaiselmer. Then he said to transfer 10000 advance for mobile then 16000 after recieving courior. I send the money through paytm. Aftee that i saw that person cheated many of people. So sir plz help me out. Someone named mr parveen asked me for advance 1500 rs for parcel insurance and debited rs1500 four times total ammount is 6000rs. Neither he sent me a parcel nor he is refundingand now. He is asking me for more 4500rs otherwise he is submitting a f. I. R against me. Please help sir i am a student please help. I am sending his phone number id. And paytm no.

सर मैं एक ओएलएक्स यूज्ड हूं और मैंने ओ एल एक्स पर एक बोलेरो गाड़ी देखी उस गाड़ी के ऑनर से संपर्क किया तो उसने अपना नाम Naveen Singh Tomar आर्मी से बताया गाड़ी राजस्थान के नागौर डीडवाना जिले की थी उसने गाड़ी कीमत ₹280000 मैंने गाड़ी की फोटो मांगी अपनी आईडी भेजने को कहा और गाड़ी की आरसी भी भेजने के लिए बोला उसको मैंने तो उसने अपनी गाड़ी की फोटो आर सी आधार कार्ड सहित भेज दिया मुझे।तब मैंने देखा कि गाड़ी किसी मनुदेवी यानी उसके नाम ने होकर किसी मनु देवी के नाम से थी तो मैंने उससे पूछा कि यह गाड़ी तो किसी और के नाम से है तो उसने बोला कि यह मेरे मौसी के लड़के की वाइफ के नाम से रजिस्टर्ड है। अपनी आर्मी सर्विस आईडी भी मुझे भेजी मैंने उसे कहा कि मैं गाड़ी देखने कब आऊं तो उसने मुझे बोला कि गाड़ी आर्मी कैंटीन में खड़ी है और वहां आपका ₹30000 एक्स्ट्रा चार्जेस लगेगी तो उसने कहा कि आप मेरे अकाउंट में ₹11150 जमा करवा दीजिए मैं गाड़ी पार्सल करके आप आप के एड्रेस पर पहुंचा दूंगा जब गाड़ी वहां आया था पूरा पेमेंट कर देना मैं उस की आर्मी वाली आईडी आधार कार्ड देख कर विश्वास कर लिया वह आर्मी का बंदा था इसलिए हमें कोई शक नहीं हुआ तो मैंने उसके अकाउंट में ₹11150 जमा करवा दिए कुछ ही देर बाद उसका दोबारा फोन आया होगा बोलने लगा कि जीपीएस आज अलग से जमा करवाना पड़ेगा वह ₹21000 तो मैंने भी जमा करवा दिया उसने अगले दिन 11:00 बजे मुझे गाड़ी घर पहुंचने के लिए कहा था लेकिन 1:00 बजे तक भी गाड़ी घर पर नहीं पहुंची तो मैंने उसको कॉल किया उसने बताया कि ₹31000 देना पड़ेगा तब गाड़ी आपके पास पहुंचेगी तो मैंने भी देने से मना कर दिया कि मैं और पैसे नहीं दूंगा जब गाड़ी मेरे पास आएगी तो मैं पूरा पेमेंट आपको उसी समय करूंगा तो उसने मुझे गाड़ी देने से इंकार कर दिया जो मैंने उसे अपने पैसे मांगे तो उसने मुझे अपना पेटीएम नंबर का पासवर्ड पूछा और उसने कहा कि आपके पास एक ओटीपी आएगा तो वह मुझे बता देना तो मैंने यह भी देने से मना कर दिया तो मैंने उसे अपने अकाउंट नंबर दे दिया और पैसे भेजने को कहा लेकिन उसने पैसे नहीं भेजे और आज ही उसने अपना फोन बंद कर लिया उसके बाद मेरी उससे कोई बात नहीं हो पा रही है वह ग्वालियर से बता रहा था अपने आप को उसका नाम नवीन सिंह तोमर आर्मी है वह अपने आप को कैप्टन बताता है आर्मी का इसलिए हमने उस पर विश्वास करके उसको ₹32150 भेज दिए और वह पैसे हमारे उसके पास फंसे हुए हैं यह बात 10 फरवरी 2019 की है तो मैं उसकी आईडी एवं उसका सर्विस कार्ड की फोटो और गाड़ी की आरसी इस साइट पर डाल रहा हूं तो कृपया करके प्लीज ओएलएक्स या आर्मी वाले मेरी मदद करें मेरे पैसे दिलाने में मेरी सहायता करें प्लीज हेल्प मी। धन्यवाद।

Sir we contacted on olx.
We exchanged the numbers and start chatting on whatsapp regarding the ad put by him for honda activa 2015 model (Ka 03 hy 0919). Sir we fixed the deal and he told me to transfer 2000 rupees on his google pay no as [protected] he forward me one picture of courier service also.
We had already fixed to transfer amount after checking and getting the bike to my place.
But he took 2000 from me and told me in case i will not be interested to take he will return my 2000.
Around 3.24 p. M. I got a call from the courier service provider whose name is naveen singh tomar and no is [protected] he demanded me 10000 for courier service i told him sir you speak to the person who send you.
And they both told me to deposit 10000 more in naveen's account as i told them i will not deposit unless i will not see the vehicle.
They told me their courier office is confidential and can't allow any civilian to come there.
I then called to the bhade chetan to whom i have transferred my 2000 to return my money he blocked my no and even naveen is also had blocked my no.
Sir please help me to come out of this.
I'm a student i have saved this money from many months from my pocket money.
I have screenshots also for the transaction.

I am jitendra balnath sonawane, a victim of the fraud incidence happened on 9 february 2019 through olx app.
I wanted to purchase vehicle and searched over olx, where i found 3-4 vehicles and i quoted my price, i found vehicle jupiter for 29000 on vikas patel account. I quoted 22000 and i got message on olx to call and chat whatsup on [protected]. The person vikas patel was telling himself as a army man. So i started chatting and talking with full respect and politefull manor.

First of all he asked to pay initial amount on

With amount 7100 to dispatch vehicle. He asked me address and id proof as adhaar and pan card which i sent him. He also sent me his army canteen id, adhaar card, indian union driving license which i believed as a valid identity of seller and i sent amount.
He sent me the transport army receipt in reply.

After 3 hours the delivery person contacted for the remaining amount payment as delivery challen was with red mark. So i contacted 'vilas' and confirmed the situation and paid remaining amount 15000.

After few minutes, delivery man again called and started demanding insurance amount to fulfill procedure, i contacted vikas as asked for it and he was talking please pay amount 11000 and 200 plus for insurance and it will be refunded by delivery person on product delivery. I was assured and told to pay and paid it immediately with 11200. I send the proof of paytm pay copy. And he started regretting that i should have to pay it separately as here code will not match and will interrupt the process and his senior started scolding upon him. So i quickly paid him 11000 and 200 separately.

Meanwhile i was searching the whole process of vehicle transfer district to district and found rc, insurance and rto process.
Suddenly vilas called me for rto amount 15000 as he is unable to pay this much amount and was showing frustrated and saddened, and was starting sware of army uniform frequently and talking about all amount will be refunded. I believed and paid amount 15000 on his office paytm [protected] and him proof copy on whatsup. I felt now it will be easy now.
I got call of vikas and his senior saying and somewhat scolding upon me as you again made a mistake and paid wrong amount, it should be paid with 15499 with its last step and later refund confirmation.

Here i felt i am getting trapped but feelings as is last step and was army believeing refund confirmation, i paid the amount 15499.
Then vikas confirmed delivery will reach you in 1 hour. I waited near 10 minutes and again delivery man called me as delivery is on hold due to pathankot master bond applied and for this you have to pay 21000 for this.
I recognize that i got trapped and cought in fraud case and i started refusing the delivery.in reply from vikas, he stated that let's cancel deal and start next process from army office. I will refund you on your account. He told me that my senior saying me that once delivery reach i will refund but no amount is refunded till now.
I searched a lot on internet and found already complaints on the name vikas patel for different fraud cases regarding olx sell.

In this case i got blackmailed and paid

I was cheated yesterday by an army person (Mr. Sanjay singh) for rs 28000 also he not only cheated me but he cheated many peoples which i saw when i tried to lodge complaint against him online.

My only request you is to take immediate action on them as they are spoiling armies image and losing trust of civilians, also stop them in cheating others.

He came in contact through olx site where he published for selling his mobile phone, from there he contact me and asked me to first transfer rs 8000 to his paytm no. [[protected]].

I am victim of fraud from bilaspur (C. G)... I had suffred from fraud by an indian army officer of rewa madhya pradesh he selling vivo v11 pro on olx on bilaspur... Now he had blocked and i had also transferred 1150 as delivery chgs imposed by in the name of indian army courier service specially given to indian army officer so called as overnite express

I contact him through OLX and we exchange our contact number and our conversion started on whatsaap chat...he tell his name as sanjay Singh a employed in Indian army and he send me some of his pictures like aadhar card, army canteen card his photo's in army uniform...I want to purchase a phone(redme note 6 pro)from Olx so that's why I contact him...he take the money from Paytm and phonepay app...but he did not send me the phone... Total he take money is rupees 7150...and now I find that he is fraud and he cheats me...so sir I request you please help me as soon as possible... I will be thankful for your kindness

Sir, i no 14670775w hav b k neog recently i shown pay slip for the month of dec 2018 and jan 2019 a huge amt deducted is as under
A - cbtelarm 01/01/17 to 30/06/17 for a sum of rs 1193/-.
B - cbtelarm 11/11/16 to 31/03/17 for a sum of rs 5772/-.
Pl clarify why such amt deducted from my irla
It is intimated that during this pd i am not staying with family and not occupied any govt md accn.

I found an add on olx about phone i phone 8 plus and the contact person said he is army jawan. I trusted indian army and made payment of 43000. Now his phone is switched off. I didnt received any parcel. The person said he is posted at jodhpur army cantt. I have all proofs he send. This is loot on indian army name. This is a fraud on high alert and a serious matter. These people r looting people on every where as i found it on your web. Please solve the problem and tell me what to do next

Manjeet singh agreed to sell me 6 months used redmi note 5 pro for 6000. He said that he is on duty in the army camp in colaba and hence he cannot hand deliver me the mobile. He said that he will send a courier via army post office in colaba. He sent us receipt of the parcel and also his aadhar card and army canteen card and his photos. He asked to send 50% advance in the paytm number of vikas patel who claimed to be the officer at the army post office. We sent 3000 and he told that the parcel will reach next day morning at my house in kharghar, navi mumbai.
The next day, early morning i get a call from jai kishan, who told me that he was the courier boy who is in vicinity and demanded balance payment to be made immediately or else the parcel would return and the procedure could take minimum 45 days for refund or cancellation. I paid balance 3000 to same number. Later, the courier boy calls me saying that i need to pay rs. 5100 + rs. 50 in two transactions. Rs. 50 will be deducted as gst and rest 5100 will be refunded by him in cash along with the parcel. I refused to do so but he said that he wants to deliver other goods to nashik and will leave if i fail to pay the amount within 10-15 minutes. I felt helpless and hence paid those too.
Post that, he said that he left for nashik and that my parcel and money will go to pending and the procedure will take 45 days after which i have to again pay rs 5150 to claim or cancel the parcel.
All these incidents occured on jan 12, 2018 and jan 13, 2018.

I went to the army camp and its post office in colaba but could not trace any of the three people. They are answering the calls sometimes but without any satisfactory answer. The total amount of the fraud is rs. 11, 150. It is a big some of money for me and i would request help and coordination from the concerned authorities to claim refund or atleast some serious action against these fraudsters.

Now, that i serched online, there numerous cases of almost identical fraud some, even containing the name of three people i mentioned above. I attached all related proofs and following are there contact numbers -

Next day i am not getting mobile at the same time i am calling him he saying i am in army duty right now call me tomorrow. Than next day i am calling he is not responding to my calls.
