I saw an ad on 19th feb 2019. His name is satish kumar. So i messaged him and he gave me his phone number ([protected]). We texted and i was satisfied with the phone we agreed the price on 12000 rupees. He told me he was soldier in army. As so he will send the through courier. He sent me his aadhar card and army canteen card so i did not suspect that it would turn out to be a fraudsters. He told me to make an payment of price ie 1000 rupees then he will deliver the phone. So i send money through paytm no {[protected]}. He is saying sending parcel through overnite express, you will receive your consignment at today on 21st feb 11 am, after 11 am i receive call from post delivery men, and he is saying total money send in paytm, then i give ur parcel. Am also send again 4000 rupees through paytm. After 1 hour he is saying my paytm wallet is please send more 3100 money. I give courier guy this money then he will send your parcel. I call that number he is saying send money 2000 rupees. Total i send 12100 money through paytm. Which was decided.
I trust army. But it is happened finally. Please try to refund my money.

I saw an ad on 18th Feb 2019 for Pulsar NS 200 over OLX. So, I texted him and he gave me his phone number [protected] over text and we agreed the price on 38000 rupees. He told me he is a soldier in ARMY and he will send the through courier. He sent me his aadhar card and army canteen card PAN card so I did not suspect that it would turn out to be a fraudsters. He told me to make an advance payment of 2150 rupees as transportation charge which will be deducted from the over all payment. So, I transferred the amount through Google Pay to Mobile# [protected]. He is saying sending parcel through Army Parcel services for which he shared the receipt as well and stated You will receive your consignment at tomorrow 11 AM, After 11 am I receive call from post delivery man and asked to pay GPRS charges as mentioned in slip Rs.(7100+20)through same Google pay account which was supposed to be Army Post office account. Once money is transferred he will receive the email and will deliver the bike in 20 mins. Based on trust over Indian Army and sympathy over Martyrs of Pulwama attack, I transferred the money total of Rs. 7120. However, he asked me to do separate transactions of 7100 and 20 over same Google pay account again. Trust over Indian Army had blinded me as I overlooked the reality and yet again transferred the amount separate transactions of 7100 and 20. Then, he stated there is a system issue and he has not received the email and only way to deliver the bike is to make complete payment of Rs.38000 and then only it can be delivered. Since more than 60% of the payment was made, I took the risk and transferred complete amount. However, it hasn't stopped there, since all this drama took around 2-3 hours he stated there will be a late charge to be paid of Rs. 11000 out of which Rs10950 will be refunded as this is Army protocol and the amount will be refunded by delivery boy in cash. Yet again I have to transfer the amount as I as already into the bog which I did transferred and then they stopped picking up my call and messages. The total amount which was paid is Rs. 49000 and I have all transactional details.

I got cheated by the person called vikas patel around 60300rs. He was selling a mobile oneplus6t so i made a final deal of 35000. While delivery he asked me to transfer insurance amount, security amount etc so overall i end up paying 60300rs. Again he asked me to transfer 25000 rs. Then i stopped and went straight away to the police station and gave a complaint on him. I also have an fir copy.

The day when i went to collect fir copy i saw one more guy got cheated from the same person of rs 7000.

In the name of army officers they are fooling people. I have a huge respect on army people. This has to be taken strictly under consideration and the culprits should be punished.

I request all army people and the respected person to take action on this issue. These culprits are spoiling the name of indian army.
I hope the culprits will be punished.

I would like to register a cyber complaint (Cyber complaint on olx fraud on the name of indian army) where this incident made by the person sagar ph:[protected] he mentioned that he is working in rajasthan (Jaisalmer) want to sell my jharkhand vehicle (Honda active - jh01-cm6079) hence deal was finalized for 20, 000/- and he mentioned that after receiving the vehicle at ranchi (My in-laws residence) then you can make the payment on 19th feb 2019. Where i have paid the amount 24100/-where another person by name as rahul sharma ([protected]) was coordinating for the payment. Insisting to make the security deposit payment so that vehicle will be get cleared once vehicle is delivered it will be returned back the balance amount. After suspecting on his nature of transaction i stopped sending money & confirmed he cheated me by the name of indian army.

Hence i request register my compliant to help in tracing the cheater team, who is cheating indian people on the name of indian army as we respect indian army. I have attached all the documents related to the transaction which i made with him.

This is to inform the indian army alot of men in uniform are being fraudulent to the people of their own country.
I saw an ad on olx yesterday and the seller was tej kumar (Ade anil baburao).
He said he was urgently being transferred to jammu kashmir due to the recent military incidents and hence he wanted to sell his vespa 150 for rs.35500.
He said the vehicle is under his friends name amol shelke who is also a army man. But he is already gone to jammu hence he is selling it on his behalf.

He shared his army grocery card and aadhar card along with the papers of vehicle.

Wo kehte hai ke army ke parcel department se aaega aur uska receipt share karte hai. Uski tracking bhi nahi ho sakti bcoz army parcel confidential hote hain.

Recently I have seen a video in YouTube about the Indian Army quick action team attacking a house. In that video a reporter asks the team how they attack the house where the terrorists were hidden.
They had show the exact way how they proceed in detail. I assume this video is a security breach, violating the secrets where Army only knew about.

We noticed Jai Kishan add in Facebook and we called his number ([protected]) and asked about vehicle KA02MK1586 Swift Dizier and he said it is 2lakh and he is from Army and he is going to posting at J&K and he sent some photos and we also liked vehicle and interested to purchase and he said vehicle is available at Ahamedabad Army Canteen and have to pay transportation charge of Rs 7100 and he said i am seeting at Transportation office and provided Transporter PYTM Account number in the name of Mohammed Nadeem[protected] PYTM0123456) and we provided our Aadhar Card as address proof and transferred amount Rs 7100 and we changed delivery address to Bangalore and he said for that we have to pay Rs 21150 and we have paid again Rs 2150 total we paid Rs 9250 and finally he ask us to pay 10000 again and we dubted him and checked army transportation receipt then we finally shocked about news read about JAI KISHAN in google .

please kindly requesting Our INDIAN ARMY to take some serious action about him or else he will countinive his fraud continuously and making Disrespect about Our INDIAN ARMY please please please somebody take some action...

I ordered 1 plus 6t mobile as he added ad on quikr so then I ordered that and get told me that he will give me at 17000 then I told him to proceed through quikr then he told me that he will proceed through army curier so I believe him he also send his I'd proof I believe him then he told about the procedure and I pay him 1050 and 5199as he told and also paid half of amount 2 times in installments so I pay him total of 23500 now he doesn't pick up my call and a curier boy also don't pick up the phone I have the curier details and the bank through which I pay please help me out with it otherwise I'll die, , I m a student these guys are purely a great threat to Indian army please help me

Sahil kumar tooks total 34020 via paytm for a 2nd hand scooty purchase in olx which he gave advertisement. I have paif via paytm of rs 34020 total but not deliver the scooty. Anf now not receiving thr call. Plzzz help..

I am vipin kumar from paliganj, patna bihar. When i was searching a scooty on olx site i have seen a scooty honda activa 2017 model. I have contacted to the person. He told me he is an army man posted in hydrabad army cant. I have asked him how can he deliver his scooty then he told he will send it through army cargo and demanded me the courier charges 6000 rs. And he has told me when the courier man arrived your home address with scooty pay remaining 15000 rs. I have believed on him dur to he is an army man. Today morning he called me that send remaining 15000 rs immediately your scooty has arrived on patna airport. When i have called patna airport they told me no any parcel has come on your name. Ater i has told him why are you cheating me. Firstly send your scooty then i will pay your remaining amount of 15000 rs. After this he has blackmailing me that he will go to cornal and complain against you. He would be abusing me a lot. Please help me.

The process for court martial was created in the british era to sort out 'bloody indians' in a way that any particular britisher truly wanted and not necessarily complying with any army rule of that time. The ditto same context and process continues to date even when britishers have been replaced by indians. Why?

Enough proof is available all across the legal lobby, with hundreds and thousands of soldiers being harassed to inhumane levels and more is totally available, if this consumer complaint cell cares to do the job it has been created for.

Sending the complaint to the faceless organization - indian army, and not being bothered about not getting a reply and hence ensuring to get the same - is it out of the scope of work of this cell that i am writing in?

Indian army generals and officers sign almost-death warrants of innocent people left, right and center and walk out free because there is zero personal accountability to what they do. They are never held for the signatures they do. What is the point of a human signature then? Why not just have government stamps be put everywhere and all the top corrupt personnels be given extra sets of these stamps to enable their multi-tasking within their limited shelf life in the organization?

Be it position or power or money or persona favours, a crazy serious affair like court martial is being re-convened even when the case is under judiciary, because they haven't had enough in the first one and they realized their errors and need to cover them up. Ofcourse, court martial is ghar ki kheti - open it anytime, do whatever within it, close it however.

Not acceptable and will be challenged till we get our rights back.

I am very disturb from the 14th feb 2019 due to one army guy, i had deal with mr subhash Kanagandla olx (Second hand product sell ) for one TVS Jupiter six month old of rs 25000/- with mr subhash Kanagandla which he posted add on olx.. I m from pune and mr subhash Kanagandla posted add with pune, vimannagar location which is 25 km away from pune, mhalunge, pune... He asked me to give first 1020/- courier charge but he doesn't deliver time he told you have to payed 10, 000/-, other wise remaning amount payed, then i will payed amount 14980/- payed so total 25, 000/- amount payed. ... I call him but he is saying everyday that your money will be refunded tomorrow..But yet he has not refund my money.. sir please take strict action towards him.

I m from khardi shahapur thane district and mr sahil kumar posted add with maharashtra location which is 15 km away from shahapur... He asked me to give peytm and otp. And he take 37500rupees from pey tm but he doesn't deliver bike... I call him daily but he is saying everyday that your money will be refunded tomorrow.. But yet he has not refund my money.. Sir please take strict action towards him

Vikash Patel fraud with me he said he is sending his parcel which was altolxi..in middle to deliverd it he ask me to pay amont of 12000 through Paytm when it was on Ambala nd after that at lalru he asks me to pay 26999 nd he said this will be refundable...this was to through money transfer..nd at last he asks me to pay more money nd I denied he said ur parcel is too near..plz don't do this plz pay this amount.. but when I said I can't he switched off his mobile phone nd at last I lost my all money.. is there someone who can do this..how they can use army tag nd befooling civilians...

I saw an ad for activa on olx and contacted vikas for the activa. Deal was sold out signed on 23rd jan and he asked me to transfer money on army account. I transferred 7500. But he shipped the activa to diff address so i again transferred 7500 for new receipt. Next day i got a call from delivery boy and he asked me to transfer complete amount... So i transfered remaining 15000. And thought now i will get my activa. Then delivery guy called me and asked me to transfer 21000 and 250 rs for insurance which will be refunded to me. So i checked with vikas and transfer the amount 21250. Then he told me ki you have done wrong transaction and you have to transfer 21000 and 250 seperately so i transfered that amount. Then he told me you have done wrong transaction again you have to transfer 21000 first and then 250. I did like that only and was assured that now i will get my vehicle. After some time vikas called me and said due to so many wrong transactions you have to transfer 42500 to make it right... I sensed that i am trapped now i talked to their officer also and they said you have to do it. So i did... After few days i got call from army officer that vikas is on some postinf and if you want monet back without his sign you have to transfer 42500 again i did that too... But now they are saying that we cannot refund the money untill vikas is here.

I saw an ad of iphone xs max of rs 72000. So i coordinated him on olx and he agreed on a prive of rs70000. He sai you have to pay advance payment but i denie saying that i will not pay rs.30000 in advance so he said that ok you only pay me the courier charges rs1580. I paytm him on this no [protected] rs1580. He said courier will arrive you at 6:30 pm. At 6:30 p. M. The courier boy called me and said that your courier has arrived and you need to confirm the order by calling sanjay singh. I called sanjay singh on conference call with the courier boy. He said the courier boy is 10 minutes away from you now you pay meth rest of the payment and the order will reach you. But i denied and said that i will not pay until i see the courier boy. He said it is army courier and you can not go to him, he will only come to you after you make the rest of the payment. He said can you pay 40000 and rest after the order reaches you and... Later he came to rs10000. But then also i denied and i said i am cancelling the order you pay me my payment rs1580. But he is now not paying back my payment..

I have been cheated by an army man, rank l nk sagar kutre posted in eme mhou cantt, indore. I contacted him through olx, he told me he got transferred to indore from ranchi a week before & we made a deal for the scooty for 20000. He sent me all the concerned papers for the vehicle. I found the scooty in good condition from the photos and as per the description given by him that it is absolutely scratchfree.
I told him that i would pay the entire amount only after physically receiving the scooty which he agreed. He later called me from the army transport booking office and told that i need to make payment of 5000 to process the delivery which i made.
2nd day i received call from courier person claiming to be army man that he is on the way, gave me location also. He then told me to pay the balance amount otherwise he can't proceed further. I made the payment thinking in few hours i am getting the scooty. After 1 hr he asked me to pay 11000 as security which will be refunded back to me. On asking how will he repay me the amount, he said he has the courier company atm card. So he can withdraw from atm & return me back. I think it was the worst day of my life as i was taking blunder decisions one after the other. I even paid the security money of 11000.
After i made the payment, i again got call from the person that i made a mistake as i was suppose to deposit 11150 rs out of which 11000 would be refunded & 150 is non refundable. I replied that okay i will trnsfer 150 more, on which he told that 11150 has to be deposited in one go otherwise they have problem generating the bill.in between i was calling the courier guy also, he kept on telling me that he can't proceed further without clearance from office. Since i already had wasted so much amount, i reluctantly paid 11150 more. To my surprise he asked me to pay[protected]+11150) more giving excuse that they will have problem refunding back if i dont make the payment. When i asked him the location of the truck he gave me a place. When i reached there he wasn't there. He was giving dialogues throughout like i can't give you location as it is confidential as per army rule but will deliver the courier if you make the payment. On calling again & again and telling that i will file fraud case, he said he has to deliver in other places also so he can't wait for me. These people are pro in acting like army person. I came to know about this forum today only, so posting it.
