चन्द्र मणि तिवारी सुधार न्यास कालोनी ews 05/06 कटनी (म0प्र 0) 483501 फोन [protected], [protected] मैं चन्द्र मणि तिवारी सेना में सेवा रत हूँ हमारी पोस्टिंग कुपवाड़ा (कश्मीर)में है ।मैं दिनांक 270917 को कार datsun redy go t (O) जिसका eng no e 167372 रजि0 न0 mp21ca 8277 platinum nissan एजेन्सी जबलपुर के द्वारा शाखा कटनी से मैनें डीलरशिप के बताये अनुसार पूरे csd के कागजात और पुरा अमाउंट 3570000 का बैंक sbi के द्वारा और चेक द्वारा अदा कर दिया । हमे उस समय csd प्राइस 305000 बीमा 13500 बताया गया था जो कि फ़्री चल रहा था लेकिन हमें यह कह कर टाल दिया गया की csd से लेने मके बाद फ़्री नही है जबकी ऐसा नहीं था 34000 रजिस्ट्रेसन चार्ज और 8000 लोजिस्टिक चार्ज बताया गया था ।उस छुट्टी के दौरान मै एजेंसी कई बार गया adm सहाब से मिला फोन से सम्पर्क में रहा लेकिन कई बहाने बता कर टालते रहे डिपो में एजेंसी ने अमाउंट नही दी जिसकी वजह से डिपो से प्राइज नही हुआ मै adm सहाब से बात कर के गया की हमारे छुट्टी आने के दौरान तक यदि कोई रेट बडता है तो मैं देन दार नही हूँ क्यो कि एजेंसी के गैर जिम्मेदारी की वजह से csd का काम नही हुआ ये जबाबदेही भी उसी की होगी । रजि0 भी समय से बैंक में नही देने पर 2500रु डिले चार्ज भी लगा दिया है । जब मैं अपनी ड्यूटी में आकर जबलपुर डिपो से बात किया तो पता चला की कार की कीमत उस समय 283215 रु है और बीमा भी फ़्री है जिसका लाभ कस्टमर को मीलना चाहिये एजेन्सी ने हमारे से झूट बता कर ज्यादा अमाउंट लिया है तब मैं एजेंट भानू और adm से फोन से समपर्क किया हमारी बातो को स्वविकार किया लेकिन अमाउंट का हिसाब देने में आनाकानी करते रहे बोले एजेन्सी आये आप तब बात करेगे ।15 apr 18 को मै छुट्टी गया एजेन्सी के सम्पर्क किया जिससे csd का काम हमारे जाते ही होजाय लेकिन फिर भी मनेजमेंट कई तरह के कारण बता कर कही dm नही कभी बोष दुबई गये हैं डिले करता रहा मैं एजेन्सी कई बार गया भी लिखित में हिसाब मागा जो हमे बताया गया की अभी फाईल यहा नही है दुसरी जगह है बाद में देगे ऐसे टालटे रहे। फिर हमारी छुट्टी के लास्ट वीक 24may 18को हमारे से काफी बातचीत होने पर csd डिपो में अमाउंट ट्रांस्फ़र किया तब कार का रेट बड्कर 2, 97, 500 रु हो गया डिपो का काम हुआ फिर भी हमे हिसाब नही दिया । जिससे मै परेसान हो कर दिनाक 18jun18 datsun customer care में email भी किया हमें संतोष जनक जबाब नहीं मिलने से मै दिनाक 19jul18को nissan motors ind chennai को लेटर स्पीड पोस्ट किया जिसका gstn no 07aaalb 0984e2z eee 984747 jn था जिसके बाद एजेंसी ने हमे काल किया लेकिन हमें 27sep17 ka रेट न दे कर 24may18का लगा रही है जो जायज नहीं है ।270917 के रेट से हमें 28285रु रिटर्न करना चाहिए लेकिन एजेंसी हमें 250518 का रेट ले रही हैं जो हमे स्वविकार नही है जो की मैंने oct 17 को ही adm sahab को बता दिया था कि बडी हुई कीमत मै नही दूगा जो एजेंसी ने उस समय स्वविकार किया था । हमारा कन्जुमर फोरम से निवेदन है कि एजेंसी को मनमानी करने से रोके और एजेंसी द्वारा झूट बोलने बार बार जाने के बाद भी काम न करने जिससे हमें अपना समय बर्बाद कर काफी परेशान भी होना पड़ा इसके लिए एजेंसी पर हर्जाना भी लगाया जाय ।जिससे एजेंसी दूसरे लोगो के साथ ऐसा करने से बचे । आपका देश भक्त सैनिक (चन्द्र मणि तिवारी भारतीय थल सेना)

His name is vikas patel, we met over olx selling oneplus 6 128gb, we had an agreement and after that he told me to send 1240/- for the courier service and then 8000/- after that he told me to send the full amount as it has reach bangalore as he said i fully paid 17000/- in total and then after that a courier boy call me and told me to send 5150/- again till now he is asking me to send but i suspect him now after reading all this and i need a support he is from madhya pradesh as it is in his aadhaar and works in indian army in mysore... Please help me to get back my money back...

He took 4000 from me but i didn’t receive my phone now i am unable to contact him as he blocked my all numbers he said you’ll receive your order in a day and you’ll get your phone. First he said pay me 1000 then 3000. i was looking to buy a mobile from olx and found one, i meet a person's name sommnath giri.i contracted him. he told i am a military person, i do not cheat people, i trust them because anm behind army, my brother think about he indian's army so i relied on those forces that people will no fraud.and he told he will send phone by indian army courier, i payed him first 5500 by my account and aftr he sended me corrier slip
i sended 10000 and nxt day. i got call from a corrier boy and he told me to complete payment and then i payed 5000 and then he told me to lay 7050 and hi told i will get back 7000 aftr delivery then i payed 7050 aftr that they blocked me and i cannot do anything further i am attaching the proof and number of the one i need my heard earned money back please read..comment mobile handset indian army mobile fraud

An army officer cheated me by giving some hope for marig, so where i have to complaint against him, i already made a complaint at vanitha cell kannur, kerala, can i get assistance for solving this problem. His family also now supporting him. They all said caste is different so we can't, but our relation is not like that. Finaly he said no. He cheated in all always, as a girl i have some limitation because of privacy. Please contact or give advice

I checked olx for mobile redmi note 4 he said he is indian army sent 1000 paytm number is [protected] paty i sent thousand rupee than secund call is from post he said you pay 2500 i arrange delivery in 20min so i paid now he said pay 3000 this is refundable i realised this is fraud so i denied to pay he calling frequently for pay i denied to pay pls if possible to refund my amount

I buy vivo v9 old mobile through olx on rs 11000 army person name manjeet foji he has posted in palwal and he give me canteen smart card and his adhaar card and some photos and posted mobile through courier and take me money on paytm no after taking to much money rs 11000 he demand 5000 more money i refuse more money then he said i[censored] not giving money then your money will not be refunded please refund my money back its question of army dignity and reputation.

This call him self vikas patel and tells himself as a sepoy in indian army and posted a ad of iphone x 256 gb on olx for 55k and done deal with me in 50k then told me to send my address and and told me that he will courier me the phone through overnight courier and told me that when he will pack his phone the he wil sent a pict of packing and he made a video of that and sent me and after that he sent me reciept of courier and told me to send 10000 in advance so he can trust me for now

We had deal amt - 6000/- rs i transferred through paytm after 2hr again they ask i paid 5150/- again they ask 5150/- and i paid total amount i paid 16300/- know again they r ask - 6170/- then i refuse to paid and i ask to cancel the they r saying that they r not refund my amount... He asked me to deposit 8000 as security which would be refunded to me in cash at the time of receiving the product
Then i got a call from the courier guy that i have to show them the receipt of the complete transaction for the delivery of the product.

It all started from olx. I was trying to search mobile phone on olx web site. Then i got a phone of price 6000. It was written that this user prefer call. I just dialed the no. We agreed on 5000. The i told him how u deliver this mobile, he replyed that i am an indian army, and we are not allowed to go outside, otherwise i sell my phone for 10000. At last he told me that he is going to courier the phone but first i have to paytm him 1000 rupess for regiment fee to release the courier. I did it and he told me that the phone will be delivered in 7:30 hours from srinagar to jammu.. And the courier boy will call you when he arrives, then at 4:30 i got call from that courier boy he said you have to clear all the pending balance to get this courier because it is under army rules, i cannot disclose my location, nor i deliver the courier untill i got a sms from regiment office.
This is a big fraud, there are 2 to 4 guys involved in this and they are from rajasthan.. They send all the documents at starting,, pan card, adhar card, liquor card, phone bill, photos of phone...
And the over night courier. Is used by these thugs.

Nashik police is doing regular harassment and following people in nashik

Is it being done on government instruction or are they planning to shoot people when they travel alone is not known

The problem is these people are police and we cannot go directly and complain about this people to police as they will only question us

Earlier mh15 ea 0227 was following and mh15 ea 0103 was also keeping track of people coming and coming out for work

Then they have now changed the vehicle numbers and sometimes they are also using blank number plates to follow

Now they use mh15 ea 0236 and they were also using mh15 aa 0167 and some other vehicles to follow and these vehicles were near some atm machines we went out to take money

Anyone can easily catch this suspicious activity and they also have three boys on bike which hide nearby the houses of people near pathardi phata nashik and as soon as people come out they start following the people and mentally tease them to make people go mad

These police people only know local marathi and mostly seem from low caste category as higher class people do not do these kind of crimes of mentally harassing people and everyone in the area can see them doing this

Due to this other boys in nashik have also started going three boys on a bike and started following people and now everyone is going on three people on bike as the police are the first ones to start it to increase business maybe.

Someday they will get punishment from law or from god but by that time they will have mentally harassed a lot of people and if all they want to check they can simply go along with the people wherever they go asking their permission

People have no problem when these police ask permission to go with them anywhere even to the toilet and eat out toilets als and urine because they find our toilets and urine very tasty to eat and drink

Instead of food they can drink and eat our toilets and they will get their doubt removed if we are doing anything wrong in our lives

Once they eat our toilets they will not have to follow and check if we are honest citizens or not

Someday they must be caught but even if they do not get caught god will punish them anyway after they die and we then have to leave it to god if solution is ont their in your hands

One person in maneshar army camp. He was selling his phone (Mi a 2). To me. He ask for courier charges for delivery from camp. I pay or sent money to him via paytm. Today he not sent phone through courier. Courier man asked for half amount of phone around 5000. Till the eveving i am not recived any info about phone. I call to seller he was said to me complaint if i call him.

I found a seller who wants to sell iphone 6s plus for rs. 14000/- in olx, i negotiated the price and he agreed to sell the phone. Initially i negotiated that i would be paying him rs. 7, 000/ and the rest in two monthly installments. He agree for the same. He also said he will courier the details for the next day delivery and i received the call next day from the courier guy and he said he has a parcel of iphone, which he ll deliver only i make a security deposit of rs. 5000/- which is a rule from the indian army postal service. I also said that i want to meet him personally to get the product and he refused to meet me.
After a while i received a call from the army guy who couriered the parcel to me and he said i have to transfer rs. 8000 immediately to his account post which the parcel will be delivered. And after transferring the money he again asked me to transfer another 5000 as a security deposit. Now i think this is all a well planned cheating from the army guys

I need someone to help me in this regard to get back the money which i transferred to him, since this i had kept it for my further studies. I have also attached the documents which the guy sent for gaining trust from my end.
