My name is tajinder singh yesterday i saw a add on olx offering one plus 6t phone for 28500, i message him and he gave me mobile no [protected] to call and named vikash we finalize a deal in 25000 he ask me deposit rs 5000 in advance and rest amount at the time of delivery he courier at 11.30 and ask to be delivered at 3.00
Then a courier boy tell me that it is a chip parcel i[censored] make full payment then only it deliver i call to vikas he convince me to make full payment i pay full 25000 in advance then again courier boy called to deposit 5150 security
Now i realize that they are making fool of me
I have all the proof of payment and his i card canteen card arc
Please do the needful and return my money back and file a case of fraud on vikash

[protected] after received amount he sent courier receipt then he demanding amount of rs 6000/- then only courier courier will proceed then i got doubt i was check in google i saw same complaint so pls consider in this case one team is spoiling not indian army. Sir. I'm kirnjeet singh from jammu and kashmir. I find royal enfiled in olx and the owner of that phone is mr parveen from amritsar to completedo deal amount of 65000 and started with a payment of rs3100 on payment number another will after the delivery but he asked me before the product deliver and i pays total amount of rs. Bt i didn't receive the royal enfiled and he cheats me... His phone is switched off he can't talk to me... So plz help me to recover my money...

Iam krishna from delhi. And i saw through i phone 6s 128gb on olx on dated 14. Nov. 2018. And i chat with him 15. Nov.2018 he saying he is in indian army his name is manjeet s/o rai singh from jaisalmer rajsthan.. Cantt no 240/7... Then he said i want to sell and the seller send me our some id prof like adhar card and cantine id prof.. Then he said you send me a half payment then i deliver your courier and i done this amount of 10k by paytm... Then after 10min the courier boy called me and he said you also paid a 5100 and 7100 insurance charge and this amount will be refund during the you received the parcel.. I trusted and done this amount by paytm and after 5min the seller means majeet called me and said sorry a little bit problem to your courier and you last 14700 and 8300 your penalty charge and freight charge if you not paid you lost your money and phone and i have no option i done this amount by paytm and the last i try to call courier boy and the seller but he both of didn't received my call

Please sir have take immediate action againts him

Sir. I'm harish from karnataka. Sir i was booking a railway ticket 3 nov jaipur to ludhiyana punjab mail train from using my sbi debit card but it was not successful then msg was show that networt broblem your refund will be initiated after 2 to 5 business days after that i checked my account there were reduce my balence 940 i m trying to calling irctc's helpline number but ther is no response

What should i do

I have looked at the ad on olx for mobile oppo findx 256gb contacted the person thru his whatapp no [protected] name sepoy vishva pratap singh from jaislamar on 7th nov he shared me the mobile photos, bill, his addhar card[protected] and army canten smart card la[protected]p01all has his photo with army dress we finalized the deal for rs14000/- he fist said give 5000/- in advance rest on delivery, i sent 5000/- to his paytm no[protected] which he confirmed, then he sent me the courier guy and place photo then called saying need to pay 50% then only the courier vl be deliver and i vl get recipient and again i sent him rs2000/- more, he sent me a courier receipt stating indian army postal next day i got a call from some courier guy that he has got my parcel but it's on hold when i asked why he said i used ask from we're parcel is sent i again called vishva pratap singh he said he had stopped since he thought i will not give payment then i had heated communication with him after that gain i deposited balance 7000/- just thinking he he an army guy as army people are trustworthy honour their words and he was taking oath of his children so i trusted him and sent balance also the after this till 30min i didn't receive the parcel i called courier guy he said i have to deposit 9100/- in their account as security and he will return 9000/- when he comes to deliver the parcel then i asked him to send me the account no we're i need to deposit he sent me some paytm no, i said courier guy this i not ac no it's paytm no he said his boss has given this only i need to deposit in this only or i deposit the money in vishva pratap singh ac he will send courier guy then i again i had heated argument with them and told them to return my hard earned money he refused. Now he is not responding to by calls and messages can anyone help me as i trusted a soldier since my realation are also in army and we respect army people above all.
Can someone help me in getting my hard earned 14000/- kindly help.

If there is law in india and if it is similiar for every indian citizen, please reslove my issue as the man named jagjit singh is using power of his son karandeep in wrong means

Sir, today i was made a fraud by an army man (Vikash patel) who offered me to sell a one plus 6 mobile phone at rupees 20000 but he also made a dela to exchange it with my mi note 5 pro and i will also give extra money to them for that phone. Yesterday he called me and deal was final and asked me to send 1125 rupees to them as delivery charge and i sent them this amount and then they asked me to send 4000 to unhold the parcel and then he asked me to send 5150 rupees to pay them in two installments. Then they asked again to pay 5150 to pay them and i paid and then he called again in morning today and said that apy 9650 rupees to them for night shift charge and i asked them that why i should send this? He said all customers have to give this. And then he also asked for 40000 rupees as a statement and also said that he would return those money to me in cash when he will come. He was asking for money again and again and the amount went to 60, 000 rupees. His name was vikash patel and name of the courier boy was sanjeev.
Sir, please help me and catch them please...

Vikash patel add phone oppo f 9 pro.iam interested to bying.this.he is sending army dresses photo.adhar card licence.and army canteen card.iam trusted.1st 1500 rs pay by paytm The delivery boy again asked for the fees 2100 for the policy deposit so that he could return it on delivery .We sent the money and he said you hade to total pay 3600 ;in which 150/- is delivery charges so he asked to transfer the proper amount 3600 which he would return during delivery .after transferring the money he said server down we did not receive the money .we came to know this is totally fraud. sir plz help me

He did not attend to my call last 3 months. Am pregnant.in the hospital doctor ask husband adhar card that time i am call to my husband he told my adhar card and certificates in office and am going to jaipur once i reached i will tell you. He reached jaipur august 15, 2018. Till date he did not response any message and calls. Now 9 months my due date is december 9, 2018.in our government policy we register our pregnancy. Some family issue he did not speak to me. I request you to please tell him adhar card number to me. Thank you.

I was in search of scooty on olx. I saw a advertisement yamaha fascino of 2016 model which was being offered at 28000. On contacting him through chat i was offered to contact on my no from this no [protected]. The deal was fixed at 20000. He requested me to pay 1500 in advance and remaining 17, 000 on delivery. He forwarded me all his addhar card, liquor card, and pan card to prove that he is genuine person. I also trusted him as indian army person, but he betrayed. He shared pics of the courier slip also that he had send the courier through airport services. I made 5 transactions from my paytm one of yesterday evening and 4 transaction today received a call from [[protected]] that my courier is ready to deliver, plz clear your pendency for delivery of the parcel. I simultaneously sent him 5100/-, 9500/-, 3900/-, from my friends paytm account. But then again i received a call to pay 9000/- as on courier slip according to the delivery boy it was listed 13000/- payment pending. After a bg argument jai kisan insisited me to pay 13000 more which he will return within 20 min. And the delivery of parcel will be done to me. I again trusted him as he is serving the esteem indian army, but after that both have stopped picking my phone. But till time he is not picking the phone, the whats app no.
