We have rented a house to army personnel thinking that he would take good care of our house. After 10 days into the house, he said he wants to vacate because he was allocated quarters. According to the agreement he has to give 1 month prior notice. We asked him to vacate on a particular date. But he wants to vacate immediately, which we said it breaks the agreement. He has to forfeit the advance in good terms. Then he decided to stay at the house just to kill the advance. Later he started creating trouble. He was loitering in the house, started maintaining it in a bad state, burned one of the underground mortar which costed us 20k to get it replaced. The mechanic said the mortar might have burned because of over heating which will happen only when we put it on for 6 hours. He denied that he switched it on for only 2 hours. He gave some partial money 4k for the repair. Later he said we forced him to pay it and he will vacate only when he receives the 4k back. How can we take this issue forward? He is creating a lot of nuisance to my parents. Can anyone suggest?

My parents saved me. Now i had 2 sons 3yrs son & 6mon son. He is not taking care on family. If i ask amount for children he says y should i & also he use abusing words. If i ask y ur doing like this he says before marriage ur family...

Army personnel rajbir posted in tenga valley is misbehaving with relatives of army personal working under or with him. Continous calling at odd hours to sisters and mother of his co worker and abusing them by using inappropriate language, making dirty comments and harrasing them. Having record of the conversation as he called from his registered number. Whole family of co worker is under fear and threat. Also received inappropriate call from major raj.
Its a request please help us with formal channels where we register complaint agaist them.

I have taken pli policy in my training period in air force station sambra, belgaun in jan 2010. Since then i haven't received my original bond. And when i inquired about my bond at different apos/fpos they told me to apply for the duplicate bond against loss of bond with signatures of witnesses and counter signed by unit officers in proper channel.
But my senior officers have refused to sign claiming that it is not service work and it individual's personal interest.
What should i do now?

The central govt. Of india as well as state govt. Of jandk only help to rich peoples. A militant have been surrendered and they will get government job as well as rs. 10 lacs for his surrendering the militancy, but the genuine person does not have any job because he is an indian. That i am dependent of disabled soldier and i want employment assistance under priority ii a category and i am genuine person and i am eligible for employment assistance, but nobody helps me because i am an indian and no support, back money behnids me. For the last one year i am approach all authorities for justice i. E. Dget ex servicemen cell, dopt, ministry of home affairs, employment exchange jammu but no action to be taken of my case because i have no power,, back, money behinds me. As per speeches of hon'ble prime minister narender modi ji regarding welfare of poor and needy peoples. I am forwarding my case to your office for appropriate action taken in my favour. Nobody can justice with dependent of disabled soldier. Please don't forward my case to jandk government because this state government was deaf, corrupt and failured. Jandk state is no 1 state for corruption. This is for your kind information this matter pertains to department of personnel and training because om nos. 36034/3/2013 - estt (Res) dt: 25/02/2014, for the purpose of employment assistance, have been issued by department of personnel and training for the purpose of employment. Please see my case on high priority basis and justice with me. I am only dependent of my disabled father late rfn madan mohan. My father have been served in army for 12.5 years and disabled in major accident in 1962 war. He was served in army for nation and his family, but his family not justified. I want to justice. As per govt of india ministry of home affairs and department of personnel and training vide their om no 36034/3/2013 - estt (Res) dt: 25/02/2014 for the purpose of employment through employment exchange dget special cell to the dependent of disabled soldier under priority ii a category. That my name was registered in dget ex servicemen cell vide regd no. Jk/199 dt: 16/09/16 for employment assistance under priority ii a category to dependent of disabled soldier.in this regard the dget ex servicemen cell new delhi have forward my case to district employment office, jammu for further employment assistance, and to say that this office is confined up to registration only not for employment assistance,, you may furhter contact employment exchange, jammu for the purpose. The district employment office jammu return forward my case to dget exservicemen cell, new delhi for further action. And to say that only group c and d posts under the establishment of central government for the direct recruitment is applicable to dependent of disabled soldier through dget ex-servicemen cell for further action. These two offices only forward my case one to another but no body helps me, because i have no support, back, money behinds me. I belong to poor family. This is my humble request to you please instruct to these offices for further getting employment assistance to dependent of disabled soldier under priority ii a category. Please tell me what i can do. Those offices frustrate me because no body help me and not understand my problem. Anyhow but god is the supreme power o[censored]niverse they can justified me not for common peoples. Dget office have no power but god have many power to help the needy peoples. I am p kanthi kiran worked as faculty for army and officer in ncc, i am being harassed by your lady troops as substitutes of different criminal people as well as people of the same troop are abusing my expired mother. I bring this to your notice that these people are doing the same form my childhood for there superstitious belief. Your superstitious beliefs are killed my parents and ancestors.

We salute the indian army for their work. We are sorry to disturb you by lodging a complain because our daily life became painful we are the resident of berhampore, murshidabad surrounding the boundary wall of (South-west portion) of 9 bengal bn ncc. Due to negligence about take care of the filled, castor bean plants with plenty of weeds has been grown up during this rainy season. From those unnecessary jungles of castor beans plenty of caterpillar are spread-ed by lips and bound for last 7 days. Local authority of your concern are not taking necessary steps.

I am a solder in indian army, my wife's name is incorrect in my army documents. Please suggest me a procedure to change the name so that it does not create problem during retirement while applying for pension. Name of my wife in all other documents such as aadhar card, pan card, voter card etc is correct but not same in army documents. I am worried that it will create problem while making pension documents. Please guide me to resolve this issue.

I am writing from jodhpur army area. Here instead of monthly, we get quarterly electricity bill. This cost us electricity very expensive. I would request you to look into the matter asap. The price of per unit cost is being charged according to their slabs. If we calculate out monthly bill, then it comes under lower price slab, which increases significantly if we combine three months bill. I just want to request to pls charge us according to the government rules.

Sir, with due respect and and humble submission sir i was a army officer retired from 2008. My wife name incorrect in my army document. So at firt to change her name i was court affitavity her name but no type result would be show. So their are various type of problem creat how can i correction my wife name plz give me suggetion for that. How can i change her name in my army resiment?

A person named Mr. Manishkumar Parmar who is on duty of Indian army is living at civilized area (c-203 nilkanth heights naroda-dehgam road, ahmedabad, contact no. +91 [protected] )which is against rule.
-whether Indian army provided and granted him quarters in army campus still he intentionally live in civilized society and doing a job of cashier at nilkanth heights .
-whether it is rule that army officer have to be on duty 24 hours then also he is living at home around 20 hours at home .
-many complains took place against him at nearby police station but he shamefully wore indian army dress at there and after coming out from station he has boasted himself that "police station is his own property and none of the policeman can take action against him".
-policemen (in charge of police station) warn him to dont to wear army dress at station but shamelessly he repeated this mistake again and again.
-his own house (c-206 ) is there in society but he intentionally live on rental in same block and same apartment it make all other in deep thought while there is reason behind it or defend himself army staff.
-he harassed many of persons living in same apartment and boast that he is king of that whole apartment .
-he harassing people by breaking other people vehicle's mirror and lights. most of time he is quarreling to people .
-his father is retired police sub inspector . both, that army officer and his father behave rude . they harass society member by applying their own rules.
- it is become unable to bear all the harassment for most of resident of same society.

In 2015 my sister sarita saikia student of army institute of nursing guwahati was operated for piles treatment at base hospital guwahati assam, which was a minor operation ut dye to high anesthesia dose she got heat seizure and was admitted for 2- 3 months in hospital under treatment. Due to this age also now suffers memory loss and she is now totally dependent on us. She don't tenner anything and the hospital uncharged are also not doing anything. She has left her studies too. No college and no memory. And still the officers are not helping us. It's been 2 years. Army hospital has ruined her life and still giving no response for further treatment. I think they are happy that we didn't lose a case for such a great mistake at the time of operation.

No.17/2017/ u/s.302 r/w.34 of ipc of tenali rural p. S, guntur district, andhra pradesh against maramreddy venkata reddy and his wife maramreddy pavithra on[protected].

Maramreddy venkata reddy is joined in duties after holidays and working in banglalore location. I request you sir take proper and necessary action against the maramreddy venkata reddy.

While is come to leave he threatening us. Also every time he had fight with wife and my parent. He threatening us i will kill all of you. We had done 2 times local police complaint against him. Local police say we can not catch him becouse he ran out from here. He literally threatening us that i am army person i can kill any buddy. India law can not touch me. Please help us.

I'm the wedded wife of s. John patric who is serving as naik[protected]k) in army. Due to a dowry pressure i walk out of my in - laws house 2yrs before but v got comprised last september and decided to live together. But suddenly he forced me to apply for divorce and tortured to give a no objection letter few months back and the reason for it is that he got into an affair with another girl in his native and stopped visiting me and he has blocked my contacts too. I recently got a news that he married that girl secretly and denying it as it does not have any proofs. So my request is that it would be great if you enquiry him about it and to advice him to live with me as he is my life..

Madam,

My husband nk sandip kunda is serving for indian army, his trade is auto tech (Ee). He is posted in 833 armed workshop, ganganagar ; lalgarh jattan, rajasthan from february 2017. Before ganganagar he was posted in gwalior for 17months.
We got married on 21st november, 2016 & its running 6 n half months of our marriage but for his duty works we hardly spend 1month together after marriage as only after 10days of our wedding he was sent to kakinara workshop for a training programme of 1month & just after finishing it he went back to gwalior. There, after very few days he got the quarter permission & also the next posting on the same time. He joined ganganagar workshop on february & after 2/3 days of his posting he went for an exercise programme for near about 40days. After comming back he tried his level best to get a quarter but his all atempts are in vein. The optional outliving isnt also allowed there & authority is saying it will take next year to get quarter where we hardly need a quarter or any substitute way of soo as early as possible as we both are going through a very bad mental condition for having soo much serious family problems we need to stay together as we both are mently very very disturbed and also after here he will get field-posting next, may be. Nowdays our problmatic situation became that much critical that he can take any wrong decision anytime for having this too much mental pressure & if he do somthing like that then i'll just lost my evrything. I hope you will understand my state of mind & will give your kind attention on my problem. If you kindly allow a quarter for us or take some other steps to solve my problem as soon as possible i shall be thankful to you forever.
